Immediately upon entering I was told when I was ready to place my order to use the kiosk. There was a sign posted where the normal register is that says for faster service use the kiosk. I do not know how to use the kiosk and it took me at least twice as long to place my order because I didn't know where to go to click things and how to change things and had to keep asking the lady how to change it. Mind you she was sitting on a chair playing on her phone and drinking a coffee while wearing her headset. And there she sat until somebody called her or needed her. I noticed when we were leaving that she had a coffee and her backpack located where She was sitting so I took a picture and she saw me and the proceeded to tell me it was her off day even though she had a headset on her head and told me to have a blessed day. She then proceeded to follow me and my son out of the door, took a picture of me, my car, the back of my car and me as I was pulling away with my two children inside. This was really uncalled for as I did not even get a picture of her face but she made sure to get a picture of me and my kids. The last time I was in there it was very pleasant and the lady was very helpful and took our order but not this experience. This was over the top and beyond ridiculous that she followed me out of the restaurant.😡

The worst and when I say the worst I mean the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Dirty, smells bad, food took forever the first time. The 2nd time, only because I give places a 2nd chance because you can't always go off first visits. I went there and they're closed for no reason given. Service: slow and rude Clean: no The order was right: yes Food was hot: no Tired of places thinking that customer service and being clean don't matter. It's food we're talking about, not an Amazon warehouse. This is why Chick-fil-A is killing everyone in profits. I'm not even a big Chick-fil-A fan but my goodness you leave me no choice. That or go to a regular restaurant. Either save your money or go somewhere where they're happy you're spending your money. Rude people = less money.

It’s not a terrible place, the food is actually decent, staff is ok. There is no point “customizing” the order (no sour cream, no rice, etc.), because they don’t make it the way you request it. Just left there and had to go through the drive thru three times just to get our order right. In the end, I THINK we got it all, and some extra because they didn’t listen... again. Edited to add pic, and change star rating. Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse. I don’t know who they had in there today but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Taco Bell.

Normally I don’t have issues out of this location. However, I’m not sure if I’ll be back after tonight. I work in a restaurant currently, and I’ve worked in the food industry so I get customers will try to pull things. But this? This was NOT okay. My friend went to get us a simple order. Three tacos, two hard beef no lettuce, one soft chicken no lettuce; and a chips and cheese. The only thing they got right were the chips and cheese. The chicken taco was COLD, and the beef tacos had lettuce. We went to get it fixed. The guy we spoke with could not understand what we wanted. My friend spoke to them since I was so upset. He calmly explained the beef tacos were supposed to be hard shell (he specified it FIVE times) with no lettuce, and that his chicken was cold. He could not understand that my friend wanted the chicken to not be cold. I had to step in, and he got extremely defensive when I snapped at him (my friend does not have a backbone, so he was being overly polite) and I said he just wanted a warm soft chicken taco and the guy cut me off and said he understood that. Some other guy asked us to pull up the window and gave us our food. This time? There was lettuce on the chicken taco and my beef tacos were soft. I tried going inside, but the doors were locked (despite the fact there were probably ten GUESTS inside the dining room). So, back in line. This time they told us they wouldn’t fix it again (after this last time) even though THEY’RE the ones messing up the order. We (I say we, I let my friend do the talking) spoke to the guy who cut off the rude one from earlier this time, and he made sure it was right. When we were pulling away I heard the rude guy lie and say that we told him soft. The rude guy also didn’t have on a hairnet or even pulled back (it was all in his face, and I saw him walking away from the food line), despite his long hair. So, that was gross. Every six months y’all get horrible, food gets back, employees become insufferable, and then y’all close for a few weeks. Then, things are great for another six months. I have a feeling this cycle will...

Nowadays, it’s pretty commonplace to have rude, apathetic employees wait on you at fast food places. It is such a pleasant surprise when you go somewhere and don’t receive this type of service. Every time I go to this Taco Bell location, the employees there are always friendly and helpful. Tonight, one of their employees went out of her way to provide excellent service. I went there not knowing what I wanted to order so I pulled into a parking spot in front of the building and got on the app to look at the menu and place my order. I had been there for several minutes and was about to back out and pull into the drive through line as instructed in the app. A female employee (I hate I didn’t get her name!) came out to bring an order to another car. She saw me there and even though I didn’t try to get her attention, she asked me if I was waiting for something and if I needed any help. I explained to her that I had already ordered. I told her that in the past when I ordered in the app and went through the drive through, I was always told to come back to the area where I currently was parked and to park and wait there for my order. She was very kind and told me that she would make my order for me and that I didn’t have to do that. She got my name and pretty much immediately came back out with my order. She thanked me and wished me a goodnight. It was such a nice experience to have in getting my order. Also, my order was 100% correct (also something that doesn’t always happen at a lot of fast food places) and my food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you, Taco Bell, and thank you, especially to the excellent employee who...

I just saw a recent review where someone named the exact manger on shift that just threw a remake bag at my car. Even after horrible reviews and the worst service, this person is still there.

I love taco bell. I'm a frequenter. Two. Three times a week. Well they just lost a customer. One person really can spoil an experience.

I placed my order through the mobile app as usual because it's complex. And when I was handed the bag, the first thing I noticed was the burrito was unwrapped. Not really thinking twice, I pulled off. Then when I settled into the parking lot to eat my delicious burrito, I noticed that there were just beans everywhere. I decided to pull back through. Wait in line and ask for a refund.

This man is screaming, "we can't give refunds on Mobile orders." Then he comes to the window and I say, "but you serve customers this?" And showed him the burrito. He slammed the drive thru window. The cashier asked what I would like and I stated a refund or what the managers name was. Turns out it was Johnny. He then comes back with a bag and throws it out the window aggressively.

I ge the stress of work. Especially in a busy fast food place on a Saturday. But there's a way to manage and how you feel and the way you deal with customers. Certainly not what I would have expected.

This fellow is possibly in need of mental help and might be in turmoil. But I hope he doesn't think he's thenonly one on the planet who has a rough time in life or at work. Just should know that customers are the way a business makes money and they are...
