I placed a delivery order from the 121 North Oaks store in St. Louis, Missouri. The pizza was delivered to my door just minutes short of two hours. The pizza was delivered to my home by Door Dash which I was not informed or asked if I was okay with that. For the record, I never used Door Dash. The pizza was so cold it's felt like it had just came out the fridge. I Contacted the store and spoke with a guy by the name if Chris. Chris was very rude and when I asked to speak with his superior, Chris stated there is no one over him. I ended up returning to the store and this person Chris was unkept from head to toe. The pizza ingredients all fell off of the pizza and clumped up against the left side of the box.
