Wendy's — Restaurant in Norton Shores

Update: Tried Wendy’s again the first time since I left this review, they are still AWFUL. The woman working the window was wonderful. Polite and apologetic. Whoever is making the food absolutely should not be. Maybe take some pride in your job? They managed to make 4 deluxes without the lettuce tomato, when they remade them half of them still were missing the veggies. The double stack had only onions and mayo. They were sloppy, smushed and gross. How do you even mess up all 5 burgers?! Fries are luke warm and old. I didn’t realize you had to add to the double stack for lettuce and whatever but even before that it was nothing but a pile of onion and mayo, and a smashed bun. The guy making the food came out, acting like there was nothing wrong. They forgot straws. I never leave bad reviews, but This Wendy's is terrible. I thought I would try it again, but even more than 4 yrs later it’s still terrible.

It’s Consistently awful. Its is consistently without fail the worst Wendys i have ever gone to. The food is either cold, or very stale tasting. You are LUCKY if anything is fresh. They always mess up my order....forget part of it, i have gotten deluxe burgers missing cheese, or lettuce. Today i went and they forgot to give me my fries. I went inside to get them, and half of them were almost burnt and the other half were rubbery. I love Wendy but this one, needs to get it together. After giving them multiple chances i will not be returning to this...

If I could rate today's service I'd give it a 0!!! Today was the worst experience we have ever had. We always get great service from this Wendy's location. We ordered 3 breakfast croissants the $1.99 ones with the swiss cheese & a large breakfast fry. We had a RUDE black lady take our order. Then we got our food the fries we cold & nasty & our sandwiches all had NO CHEESE! We went back & explained to the lady that we ordered our sandwiches with cheese. And she got SUPER RUDE & Nasty with us for no reason. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! She is the only person that has ever been rude to us. There's something very wrong about this lady when we arrived at 9 am. She wouldn't even come to the drive thru speaker & take our order we had to say hello hello? Then when she finally came we ordered our 3 sandwiches that we have ate many times. She was super suspicious & kept my card for like 5 or more or minutes. Then conveniently she couldn't produce a receipt. There better not be Random things charged to my card because of this women. Then we went back to explain to her we had no cheese on our sandwiches like we payed for!! She started yelling at us & GOT A HUGE ATTITUDE! And until something is done about this rude,lazy & terrible worker we will not be...

I really like Wendy’s salads and baconator burgers. I especially like Wendy’s BBQsauce with my burgers and especially the fries since I was a cop in Little Rock, AR. HOWEVER I cannot seem to get the Wendy’s on Norton and Henry St to include the BBQ Sauce with my food. Today was the 3rd time in the last 8 days that I requested it and I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I REQUESTED! What happened to your CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE? After a couple of hours of writing this review I was finally able to get ahold of this Wendy’s manager on duty this date who identified herself as Tracy by phone and she emphatically stated that the workers were not allowed to give out any sauces w/ burger orders. She stated they were only allowed to not allowed allowed to give out any sauces to anyone unless you ordered their nuggets!! And then they could not hand out more than 2 each order.
