Food & service is always great here! I typically grab something from the drive-thru, today I decided to dine in with my son. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had to stop the manager and ask her name (Heather) as I saw her and another girl (I didn't catch her name but she had red hair, It was parted in the middle and wrapped up). Manager had stated that she was one of the new hires and had been there for a month or two. Anywho, while enjoying my food it was nice seeing that both young ladies were keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. I've been working in the restaurant industry for a year now and I cannot stress the importance of cleanliness in a restaurant. It was so nice and refreshing to see humans take pride in the cleanliness of their workplace. Kudos to everyone here at this location, keep up the amazing work. We loved how helpful the staff was with us. Deff will try dining in as much as we come to the drive through🥰 I also wanted to add, this is a very nice, calm atmosphere. My son is on the autism spectrum and really enjoyed the atmosphere so much he stated he would like to dine in again.
To add: about a year ago I had gone through the drive-thru during a lunch rush hour, I may have been a little hangry🙈 and it may not have helped that my order was mixed up with someone else's and I didn't notice until I had gotten home. I only live about a 3 minute drive away but I was very pressed for time and needed to get home to take care of my granny. I'm not ever one to call or complain but I had a really been craving my spicy chicken deluxe and got a plain chicken sandwich. I called this location back to let them know that my order was wrong and I wouldn't be able to swap it out within that specific time frame. The manager on duty without hesitation offered to help me either by scheduling a time to come and pick it up or gave me the option to have it delivered to me as soon as their delivery driver had gotten back. I was so appreciative of the amazing customer service. This is exactly how restaurants should be in regards to customer service and cleanliness of a restaurant. Five stars all around⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the type of place I won't ever mind spending money at. Again, you guys are doing...
Read moreI am a clinician who serves the community in the greater Norwalk Downey Whittier Los Angeles area.
I find it very interesting and suspicious that this Chick-fil-A is choosing to donate to the "Orange County Rescue Mission" when there are so many unhoused residents aimlessly wandering outside of their building here in Norwalk, a b who desperately need resources and support. It makes you wonder if there's some connection the owner has to somebody in Orange county? Regardless, if you're going to operate in LA county to minimal at least you can do is give back to the county and which you make your money and have some of the residents hard-earned dollars go back to their own Community not to wealthy Orange County. It sends a big signal to the community that essentially we are not good enough to receive charity but we're good enough for the owner to take our hard-earned money. It's very suspicious, and for that reason I will likely go to another location in the future. Orange County has thousands of residents that have her over a 10 million net worth whereas here in Norwalk La Mirada Whittier Santa Fe Springs you cannot say the same per se and the community is in desperate need of more support for our unhoused residents and women who need assistance in domestic violence situations, etc. I will be spreading the word, hope the owner can read this and consider this feedback.
Sincerely -a public health worker who wants the best for my community.
As the Bible says "But for the grace of God go I..." maybe the owner should think about that biblical principal and consider that people in Los Angeles County are human beings and they are people's sons and daughters mothers grandmothers Etc who are in...
Read moreWow! Finally, we have a chick-Fil-a store in Norwalk. We don't have to travel to different areas to have Chicken sandwiches anymore. There were many people had camped out a day early for the first 100 customers to get free one-year food from this store. We came by the night before to witness the funs and enthusiasm from the customers can hardly wait for store Grand opening. The next day, there were many people from The store headquarter, the city officials and politicians from Norwalk city Hall came by to celebrate the opening of the business. There were the lines of customers streaming into the store and even the Drive-thru were busy all days. We ordered the chicken sandwiches, fried and fried chicken for dinner. As I expected, their chicken sandwiches were perfect and so juicy, tender. And the fried I loved it. Since it was their opening, we received a compliment of free breakfast for the next visit. Well, for sure that we will be coming back for more in the future. The services here were awesome and...
