CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I ordered (3) 4 piece chicken nuggets, a large fries, and a $3 double cheeseburger bundle (comes w small fries). I get home w my 8yr old son and we’re missing... (3) 4 piece chicken nuggets, a small fries, and the double cheeseburger was a single. I call and explain and they said “well, you can come back but you need to come inside and have the receipt”. No “I’m sorry” etc or anything else. Now we head back out (10 min drive- late/bedtime, son without his food (nuggets)... I go to the drive in and say that I just called. They say to go to the front window. The woman says, “so what happened again” in a very rude voice. I think she was even the Mgr. Then she said “well you got your burger” and I said no I ordered a double with fries. She says well I have to charge you for the double????? I said I had a burger, you just owe me 1 (and the nuggets) and I don’t need a double (to make 3). I get the bag and ITS MISSING any burger whatsoever. My son is like what’s going on Dad. So I go inside and say I didn’t get a burger. The woman overhears and comes over with a loud voice saying “you said you didn’t want one”. I said 3 times I just need a single cheeseburger. She says “how did you not understand me”?... wait WHAT I think. I said and this is the TRUTH, “this is the 3rd time of the last 5 visits where my order was wrong and I had to come back. She’s then says in a snotty voice “i didn’t mess up your order— did I take it?” I just shake my head and raise my voice and say “you gave me 1 burger, I paid for 2, so 1*1= what?” No apologies or kindness throughout and I was beyond patient and nice until her little rant on me that somehow I was wrong and didn’t listen to her. (You still owe me a burger and nuggets remember??) Food is fine. Place is fine. Order fulfilling = terrible. Customer Service = DISGRACEFUL. Guess I have to stop, open the bag and check my order every time if I want to keep going here. It’s a 6 item order how do you screw up 4 of those items??? Good have been as easy as “I’m sorry we had your order wrong and had to come back. Here are your missing items. Thanks and sorry again”. FAIL...

Waited for 20 minutes one time before someone even acknowledged that I was there. THEN HAD THE nerve to get an attitude with me when the coupon on their app wouldn't work. Told me he coukdnt use it bc wasnt sure if it had been used before. Honestly, after waiting 20 minutes I should've been given whatever I wanted lol. Today I will say I wasn't ready but 30 seconds later I was. After waiting for 10 minutes saying hello multiple times someone FINALLY answered. He was sweet and was honest with me once I asked how long the wait would be after I ordered. He told me he honestly didn't know that he was only one guy. They NEED more help here. In NO WAY is this fast food. Leaving hungry and angry. GET IT TOGETHER! Update 10/011/18 I thought I'd try this place again bc it's been a while, they must be better. Nope! None of the sauces I wanted they had and then told me to "see the truck that is outside" and to know "that it means they don't have anything." Hmm rude much? When you order on the board it gives you the option to choose how much glaze sauce you want on the tenders. I asked for light. When I asked if it was light sauce bc it was smothered with it she said," they're all the same they do it all the same." When I asked why it gives the option and informed her that I wouldn't have ordered them had I not been able to change how much sauce was on it, she just shrugged her shoulders. Read moreABSOLUTELY the WORST McDonalds I have EVER went to. My expectations are never high with McDonalds, but i at least ask for decent human respect, which was very intentionally violated. First, they constantly lie whether they have snack wraps or not, because my boyfriend and I went 1 day and was able to order them, came back the next and told me they no longer serve them, and then I came again a few days after and they "magically" started serving them again. On another occasion, I went through the drive through (during night at a very slow time) and was told to pull into a waiting spot. Well I waited for 25 minutes before coming in to inquire about the food (I understand mistakes happen) but when I came in, they never even started cooking it in the first place. No apology, nothing. I normally do not leave nasty reviews, because I believe that people have good and bad days, but this is a consistent habit they seem to have. I could name a few other times that they have just provided absolutely horrendous service, but I'll save those. Hopefully management can provide an apology, explanation and potentially even restitution. I used to patronize this particular McDonalds regularly, so if none of those previously stated requests can be fulfilled, I will never be giving my business...
