Originally I loved them when I bought first vehicle from them 2019 Subaru ascent second time around I was told the vehicle 2021 Hyundai palisade I was purchasing was awd and after signing paper work noticed it was not. when I it brought up I was told that they would have someone contact me about this and get it resolved and never happened. within 4 months multiple trips there for electrical issues was told it was needing an update which I did it and still have issues still haven’t had anyone reach out to fix issue been over a year now. Just took car in and had seat belt and camera fixed because both were not working. I was told while car was looked over and nothing wrong with any seat belts when I went to check before I left lot sure enough it was still messed up and the service manager said oh well this isn’t covered under warranty normally but since they didn’t do it we’ll cover it, then proceeds to tell me they have to order parts. I wait for parts to come in, mean time I’m driving to grocery store all lights on dashboard come on hard to steer barely made it home called them told them they said yeah we see your dash lit up bring it in (45 minute drive to dealership)and we’ll take a look but you gotta pay for us to look at it so I had to drive it in like that all the lights on, the steering wheel was hard the gas gauges going up and down and then when I get there they tell me nothing was wrong with it. They also tell me they can’t put parts on that’s a separate appointment then when I drive the 45 minutes back out to dealership they said oh while we were getting car all the lights on dash came on so we’re gonna need another hour to see if we can fix this or if you get a rental until it’s fixed so I waited they gave me a rental for 3 days I again expressed how I was still waiting for someone to fix the issue of my car not having awd as was told it had. They said they would talk with GM and they would call me within the week that’s been over a week now still silence and when I call Gm isn’t here can we take a message. Jon was patient, personable, and attentive to our needs. He was never "pushy," never made us feel "rushed," and he personally oversaw each step of our leasing experience, from test drive to finance, from detailing to departing hugs. Read moreI was recently in the market to upgrade my 2020 Palisade. After searching online at a number of dealerships, I wound up talking to Zach at Ganley Hyundai in Norwalk. We was very helpful and upfront about the vehicles I had been looking at, which initially were all either used or CPO. A few days into my search I switched gears and decided to look into new vehicles. I told Zach that I was going to be focusing my search on new vehicles at some of the more local dealerships in Michigan. He got back to me right away and asked if he could call me. After speaking with him just a few minutes later, we had agreed on a price for a brand new 2023 Palisade Calligraphy and he offered to personally deliver it and pick up my trade in. He drove up from Ohio (~ 1 hour trip) on Sunday evening and went through all the paperwork with me and showed me all the features of the new car. He then personally drove my trade in back to the dealership.
A few weeks later, I was at the Secretary of State, trying to flip the Ohio title to a Michigan title. We ran into a few snags, as they were asking for paperwork I didn’t have. I reached out to Zach and he offered to email the necessary paperwork and answered a few of the questions they were asking. Throughout the entire process and even after the transaction was complete, Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
