Originally I loved them when I bought first vehicle from them 2019 Subaru ascent second time around I was told the vehicle 2021 Hyundai palisade I was purchasing was awd and after signing paper work noticed it was not. when I it brought up I was told that they would have someone contact me about this and get it resolved and never happened. within 4 months multiple trips there for electrical issues was told it was needing an update which I did it and still have issues still haven’t had anyone reach out to fix issue been over a year now. Just took car in and had seat belt and camera fixed because both were not working. I was told while car was looked over and nothing wrong with any seat belts when I went to check before I left lot sure enough it was still messed up and the service manager said oh well this isn’t covered under warranty normally but since they didn’t do it we’ll cover it, then proceeds to tell me they have to order parts. I wait for parts to come in, mean time I’m driving to grocery store all lights on dashboard come on hard to steer barely made it home called them told them they said yeah we see your dash lit up bring it in (45 minute drive to dealership)and we’ll take a look but you gotta pay for us to look at it so I had to drive it in like that all the lights on, the steering wheel was hard the gas gauges going up and down and then when I get there they tell me nothing was wrong with it. They also tell me they can’t put parts on that’s a separate appointment then when I drive the 45 minutes back out to dealership they said oh while we were getting car all the lights on dash came on so we’re gonna need another hour to see if we can fix this or if you get a rental until it’s fixed so I waited they gave me a rental for 3 days I again expressed how I was still waiting for someone to fix the issue of my car not having awd as was told it had. They said they would talk with GM and they would call me within the week that’s been over a week now still silence and when I call Gm isn’t here can we take a message. Will take my business to another dealership once this nightmare is over with and I am contacting a lawyer and the DMV about this.

Such an enjoyable process for something that can be so stressful!!! I had a car accident this summer, actually in a car I previously bought from Ganley and LOVED, and was on the look for another. My grandpa got in contact with Chunky from Ken Ganley Hyundai and before I knew it I had a call from him saying he found a car for me… I contacted the dealership right away to make sure my grandpa didn’t pay for it yet, and chunky was nice enough to work with me on the side to find other options that I liked. When I came with my grandpa he was set on the one he picked out, but Chunky had others for me to test drive and helped naturally convince my grandpa. He was kind, easygoing, made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable, and was patient with my grandpa’s trouble with hearing and understanding, and with me as I figured out insurance among other things. Catered to us the whole day with beverages. Super nice guy who turned a shocking and financially stressful announcement from my grandpa into a super great car buying experience! I feel at ease and contentment knowing he is who I’ll be contacting for any car maintenance and questions. Absolute amazing salesman!!!

I've visited here several times, and almost exclusively worked with Jon from Hyundai (now on the Jeep side, but can still help with Hyundais). I found each experience to be helpful, and was my exact expectation of what I wanted. Pricing? A test drive? Always fantastic service. So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. Of course incentives and deals change all the time in the car business, but they did their best to work with us, and won our business. I could not more highly recommend Jon and Vincent.

I've visited here several times, and almost exclusively worked with Jon from Hyundai (now on the Jeep side, but can still help with Hyundais). I found each experience to be helpful, and was my exact expectation of what I wanted. Pricing? A test drive? Always fantastic service. So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. We recently had a wonderful experience leasing our new 2023 Tucson Limited from Norwalk Ken Ganley Hyundai! We simply CALLED and spoke with salesman, Jon Fraley, told him what we were looking for in a new vehicle, and what we were willing to spend. Jon was OUR advocate from the start and throughout the leasing process. Jon checked arrivals of incoming Tucsons for us, mediated cost negotiations with sales manager, Johnny Perez, advised on every detail of the lease, then knowledgably and honestly answered all our questions. Jon was patient, personable, and attentive to our needs. He was never "pushy," never made us feel "rushed," and he personally oversaw each step of our leasing experience, from test drive to finance, from detailing to departing hugs. We were so impressed by Jon's pleasant demeanor and personal service that we hope to make all our future vehicle purchases and leases through Jon Fraley at Norwalk's Ken Ganley Hyundai. In addition, Johnny Perez was very easy to work with as manager of sales, accommodating and understanding, eager to help make our lease as advantageous to US as possible, which we appreciated. He and Jon both displayed respect and a sense of humor during our leasing experience. Throughout our many years as Hyundai customers, we have also come to rely upon and appreciate Amy Prelip in the Service Department. Amy is car savvy and polite to her customers. She has always been helpful and caring, and a pleasure to work with. I was recently in the market to upgrade my 2020 Palisade. After searching online at a number of dealerships, I wound up talking to Zach at Ganley Hyundai in Norwalk. We was very helpful and upfront about the vehicles I had been looking at, which initially were all either used or CPO. A few days into my search I switched gears and decided to look into new vehicles. I told Zach that I was going to be focusing my search on new vehicles at some of the more local dealerships in Michigan. He got back to me right away and asked if he could call me. After speaking with him just a few minutes later, we had agreed on a price for a brand new 2023 Palisade Calligraphy and he offered to personally deliver it and pick up my trade in. He drove up from Ohio (~ 1 hour trip) on Sunday evening and went through all the paperwork with me and showed me all the features of the new car. He then personally drove my trade in back to the dealership.

A few weeks later, I was at the Secretary of State, trying to flip the Ohio title to a Michigan title. We ran into a few snags, as they were asking for paperwork I didn’t have. I reached out to Zach and he offered to email the necessary paperwork and answered a few of the questions they were asking. Throughout the entire process and even after the transaction was complete, Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
