I called for a appointment to get 2 sets of nails soaked off and new sets applied, when we got there they were running behind and they looked at my friends nails that were painted and told her she didn’t need them soaked off she just wanted it. He couldn’t see the condition of the acrylic for one and either way it’s the appointment we made there should have been an allotted amount of time for it. Then they could not do the designs we wanted and instead of just saying they didn’t have that skill they talked to us in a very condescending tone the duration of the appointment. The cuticle on 3 of my fingers were cut with the dremel to the point they bled for an hour and the tech said it was my dry cuticles fault. (No other nail salon has cut my cuticle) I got a matte top coat done and in 2 days my nails were a nasty yellow. I went in there to get my nails done and when we were about to get seated the man informed us that we would have to wait longer because they forgot people had appointments at that time. Thankfully I did not wait too long but it seems like they are often busy so make sure to either have appointments scheduled or go there early or else you'll have a long waiting time. I made my very first appointment today, August 6th, 2020 at 1 pm. I’m socially awkward and they made me feel very welcomed and at home. ❤️ I picked a complicated design. Ombré nails, jewels and a glitter nail on each hand. She took me her time making it as perfect as it could be. Very proud of her own work.
