This is the only store ive dealt with where instead of helping with what you want they try to upsell you in every aspect, my girlfriend wanted to switch to my plan and they told her her that her carrier wont transfer and that shed have to buy a whole new phone went to the ashland store where they transferred her with zero issue and she got to use her phone. Another time i tried to buy an iphone and wanted a specific one that was still current at the time and they kept trying to upsell me on the newest one that just came out at the time and wouldnt let me get the one i wanted without hassle so i left, please go find a different cricket store that can actually help...
