Love Raising Canes. I was finally able to take my two friends to try it out at the new Norwalk location. They both loved it!! They were very impressed with the whole meal. Everything is always freshly made. The chicken and fries right out of the cooker. The tenders are lightly breaded and you actually get juicy tender chicken and not just a lot of crust and have to look for the chicken. Fries were perfect and the bread…Delicious! I you haven’t tried it you need to. They have been consistent at the three locations I’ve eaten at which is a plus. 😋

I tried Raising Cane's for the first time today at their grand opening in Norwalk. I had been tempted to go, but the long lines at other locations always deterred me. However, today's lines were quite reasonable, given the excitement, and the staff was amiable, making the experience even better. They even gave a little gift to my dog, Leo! I’ll be back and likely become a regular. The food is excellent, and that Texas toast is fantastic!

Tried it because someone gave me a gift card. The chicken was pretty good, nothing I'd write home about but good. Not a fan of the "Cane's Sauce" so I wished they had other options like everywhere else does. I tried the chicken fingers and the sandwich. I myself wouldn't go back but I know there are those who would if you get hooked on the sauce.

Had to wait 15mins in the EMPTY drive thru for 1 meal with 2 extra strips. It was known I was waiting so long by the drive thru attendant as she apologized for such a long wait. And once she came back with my food I asked for an extra sauce since I waited a long time. She said no the wait time didn't mean I get extra sauce for free and the extra strips doesn't mean I get sauces either. So for 8 strips I am supposed to use 2 sauces. Even after my 15min wait in a DRIVE THRU, unless I pay for extra. No thanks. Won't be coming back to Canes. I'll stick to Chick-fil-A where the servers are welcoming and...

Raising Cane's Chicken is a fantastic spot for chicken lovers. Their menu is simple yet delicious, focusing on high-quality chicken fingers. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Their signature Cane's Sauce is the perfect complement, offering a tangy and slightly spicy flavor that enhances every bite. The crinkle-cut fries are consistently golden and crispy, and the Texas toast is buttery and perfectly grilled. The coleslaw is fresh and adds a nice balance to the meal. Overall, Raising Cane's provides a consistently satisfying and tasty dining...

I’ve been here several times for dine in and take out. The staff always messes up something in my order and completely ignores when I ask for it to be corrected. Today I ordered the tailgate (did NOT get the 8 cane sauces it comes with at all), toasts, fries, two jugs (was given sweet tea when I asked for UNsweet tea), and an extra cup of cane sauce. Why would you leave out my sauces and give me the wrong (unlabeled) jug of tea. I paid! To top it off, the cashier completely ignores questions about the combos and stares at you into space. This location is a problem every time and...
