Subway — Restaurant in Norwalk

Wish i could give -100 stars!! The kid that was working tonight 06/16/24 @ 9:25pm was extremely and I mean extremely rude!!! I placed a mobile order while sitting right there and when it sent I walked up to ask him to put light oil and alot of vinegar and alot of salt and pepper on the cold cut and he blatantly ignored me and when I asked if he heard me he replied really nasty " YEAH , IM TRYING TO CONCENTRATE" I told him we'll your working on my order so you need to acknowledge what I am saying to do!!! There is no option to put alot of salt/pepper and vinegar just the option of more, but I wanted more than that! When he was done he put it in a bag and pushed it across the counter, no thank you or have a good evening not a single word and he was rude the man who ordered at the counter while I was doing my mobile order. He doesn't even deserve the tip I gave and I will be contacting the manager and corporate!!!! The absolute worst service and employee I have ever encountered at the subway!!!!! If I could give this no stars I would! We had a very long wait time from the beginning because a lady had ordered popcorn and they had no knowledge of it happening. So after that we stood at the counter waiting while the employees argued amongst eachother over the popcorn. After they went through that he finally started making our subs (we both got the garlic cheesy bread) which was way too much garlic(it almost wasnt edible) and he was very slow making our subs in between arguing with his co-workers. He wrapped our subs up as you can see.. he would've sent us out the door like that but we decided to eat in. We went back to the eating area and it is absolutely disgusting! Theres food and dirt all over the floor, napkins.. it's just nasty. They are yelling back and forth about missing checks and one employee has her significant other and her baby standing at the counter.. the baby is constantly screaming. I will never eat at this location again and will be...

Was just in here not too long ago. Worst experience ever! Not only did the girl admit to not paying attention to anything i said the manager on duty then took over making the sub and then started making what she wanted to and accused me of saying thats what i said when I never told her anything also she never asked what i wanted. Took that meat and threw it back in the bin with the rest of the unused meats and told me to get out. When i called to lodge a complained the manager threatened to call cops on me if i ever went into that store or called again. This location is inside of a Walmart and right next to the doors. Manager's name is April that did this. Very unproffesional behavior on her part. I will only patronize Subway again by going to other locations now.
