First time visiting after seeing several TikTok/social media influencers talk about this place. I ordered a standard sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and my boyfriend ordered the cashiers suggested choice. It was a steak and egg bagel (already very $$$) with the addition of sauces and sautéed onions per the suggestion. We also ordered the seasonal bagel (tomato basil). We waited for our order and found a small two top table to dine at as we live over a half hour away and do not enjoy eating in our cars in a gas station parking lot or eating cold food after a long drive. It was cramped, chaotic, and uncomfortable to dine in. They should honestly just get rid of the option altogether. People crammed in line, back to back to one other table, kids running around like crazy, people holding the door open as they wait outside on a sidewalk, and a ton of cars and traffic in the parking lot as it is oddly attached to a busy gas station. My bagel was extremely underwhelming. The sausage was so thin it was almost nonexistent in flavor and texture. The eggs were unseasoned and the bagel had no flavor. To try and redeem it, I asked for hot sauce, which they charge $1, and it was a half full 2oz ramekin. $1/ounce for hot sauce? It was very much needed however as it was the only thing providing any flavor for me. The seasonal bagel had no discerning flavors as well. It might as well have been a plain bagel. In a blind taste test I would not have been able to tell a difference. My boyfriend’s bagel was better but only because we added several additions like sauces and onions, per the cashiers recommendations, making the bagel sandwich almost $20! The steak and eggs were not seasoned and the steak was quite dry/overcooked. In total we spent as much as we would have on a nice sit down brunch with a cocktail or two. The lesson here is do not believe all the hype created by influencers who are likely paid or given free food to advertise places. Edited to add, this review is from our visit in May. I did not take a picture of the tomato basil bagel, it was not eaten at the same time as all of the sandwiches but later in the day as a turkey sandwich I made at home. And the bagel sandwich with steak was served just as the cashier orders it, not sure the bagel selection used for that, but I do know it was something other than the plain.

Got a buuuunch of bagels and schmears, some for my employees, mostly for me, so I got to try a little of everything. I tried Plain bagels, Poppyseed bagels, and Honey Oat bagel. Absolutely phenomenal—these are big, fat bagels with a great bang for your buck. Toasty on the outside and pillowy soft inside with just the perfect amount of chew, leagues ahead of any of the nearby chains, like…. I get the bagel hype now. And even re-toasting throughout the week, they held up perfectly. I also got to try three of the schmears: Garlic and Chive, Roasted Vegy, and Maple Cinnamon. I’m not normally a ‘sweets’ person, but I could have the Maple Cinnamon every day—sweet to be sure, but not nearly sweet enough to cloying or ‘too much’ in the morning. My personal favorite was the Garlic and Chive: on a toasted bagel, this schmear melts down like butter, has just the perfect amount of salt, and both the garlic and the chive come through over the cream flavor. It’s great! I ate spoonfuls of this stuff. Upon pickup, shop was super busy, lively, bustling and well maintained: this is a shop that has character and is loved and cared for, with friendly employees, great vibes, just a really cool little bagel joint. An awesome find for me and an even better addition to Hilliard. Looking forward to trying the seasonal flavors and sandwiches next!

Ohioan Opinion: Warning ‼️ A kind Midwestern girliepop who likes all food and people. Fun, cute, and delicious! I loved my sandwich which was the “Bears Best”. Great texture inside and out. I also had the Banana bread latte and it was delicious 🤤. I love the idea that this couple opened it after finding their passion for bagels during Covid and turned it into a business. If we’re being honest all of us baked things during that time but not many of us had the balls or talent to turn it into an actual successful business. I’m all about the atmosphere and the story behind things. New Jersey Opinion 😂: warning ‼️ harsh critic My husband who is from New Jersey likes the bagels by themselves. He’s not a big sandwich bagel/“whipped” cream cheese kinda guy… he ordered a sandwich of course. He thinks he would like the bagels better with non-whipped cream cheese. His favorite Ohio bagel is still Sammy’s Bagels and resembles east coast bagels the most 🙄. Wonder if other people from NJ or the east coast agree or is my husband just a weirdo? Not sure! Anywho, he is also a harsh pizza critic.

Waited outside for 30mins before 8 am. They proceeded to let someone in ahead me 8 mins prior to 8 am, then locked door. Then had another person get in front of me. Poor business management and customer sevice! Open late and lose business from people who need to get to work or school. Extremely disappointed in business operations! Ordered 6 sandwiches for office. Everyone said they wservice! Won't come back and would never recommend due to poor customer service! Of course your side will be different to save face with the community. But, it was how I said it was and if you really tried getting my attention, you could of walked 5 feet to my truck that was parked in front of the door and said sorry, but we are open now. But, you did not. Additionally, poor customer service and operations management by yourself for not apologizing for your poor customer relations when I finally did walk in, is on you! Also, yes, she did repeat my order back and I had to correct her for a missing item that she did not include that I placed. Clearly your business management style is different from a quality and perfessional establishment, especially with your response. And with that, I will definitely not refer anyone to you or come back to establishment as you clearly do not know how to operate your business professionally and know how to be courteous with how you eloquently leave your responses and pass blame on your customers for your responsibility to make your customers satisfied, let alone happy when they are at and when they leave your establishment! Wish...

This place is outstanding! I go here 1-3 times a month.

Not only do you a wonderful staff who really cares about the product they put out, they also care about the folks in line. I have yet to go in without having or witnessing the owners; who are working hard making them bagels and still making time to greet guests coming in. Its like when you haven't seen a friend for a while and then you just pick up where you left off.

The food is terrific! My go to is the Goldie Lox, sure its not the cheapest bagel but its not made with poo poo ingredients. They use the good stuff! I truly enjoy that each month they have a special bagel, schmear and bialy. My favorite was Aug 2024 with the Old Bay cheddar bagel. As an AVID Old Bay lover, it was the bee's knees! I also really enjoyed July 2025 the Riley, big ol fat backyard tomatoes paired with the garlic schmear.....omg, so good!

They also have a wonderful selection of coffee drinks in their cooler, get the banana bread coffee, you will give your taste buds a delightful treat!

The store is small and quaint, it is not intended to be a sit down breakfast spot, it does have a few tables and a little standing counter, but it is designed to be a grab and go. Love it or hate it, it works for them and their customers. There is a line but it moves quickly.

Fun Fact - Bring cash if you plan on tipping. Cash tips go to the staff and the digital tips go to local non-profits. Like I said, great food and...
