This place is definitely not 4.8 worthy. I urge you to try a different establishment for boba drinks and juices. Kung Fu Tea sells true, premium boba drinks that taste 100 times better than this place. And if you’re looking for actual premium juices, you’re better off going to Kroger for better options. This place claims the juices are organic but there’s no indication of that. Also, don’t expect consistency or freshness as the recipe isn’t followed and juices taste as if they were made a week ago. Customers deserve transparency. It’s important to know when the juice was made so that the customer can make a decision whether to purchase something or not. And I do agree with the other review regarding leaving product outside where it should be refrigerated; I have seen that as well. When a place charges a premium for boba drinks and juices, people expect premium service and drinks. The customer service is amazing but the drinks are not. I’ve tried 7 drinks from this place including the boba classics like taro, coffee, matcha, along with juices and it has been a major disappointment. The drinks are essentially watered down. Star one removed: as a first time customers, me and fiancé we were not greeted at all. We had no idea what was offered and the options or what we would like.

Star two removed: The one girl working in the front looked bored and annoyed at the costumers. Just took orders and just looked done with work. The second didn’t even interact with consumers at all and just walked by.

Star three removed: drinks were not that great. I got the pink dragon smoothie and it tasted like dirt and the after taste tasted like vomit. The drink my fiancé got which was a milk tea which was okayish but just didn’t taste fresh.

Star four removed: I would give zero stars for this but sweet and condensed milk must be refrigerated once opened and it was laying on the counter when we got there and we were there for some time waiting for our drinks. The oat milk was just laying on the counter which is something else that must be refrigerated. This can make people very sick and is just quite nasty. Personally being someone who has worked around food, you have more than enough time to put refrigerated things away and consumers can wait for...

We had a lovely experience at Bee Bubbly 🐝 everything we had was delicious but my favorite smoothie was pila colada with strawberry popping bubbles and my kids favorite is the mango island I love going right after lunch because I can always find the Dubai chocolate 🍫 which are absolutely delicious whenever I had time I go and grab a hunch so I can have extras at home (which they really don’t last 😅) anyways I highly recommend you to try this delicious place ☺️

Something I really love about this place is that they have a policy that if you don’t like the flavor of something you can change it for something else that talks really goo about them I have never heard a place that they have this option which I haven’t Ned to use because like I said EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing!!!!
