Subway — Restaurant in Norwich Township

Wow. This is probably the best Subway I’ve ever received, and I ordered delivery. I rarely post reviews, but I had to make an exception for this. This location was out of bottled coke, and whoever assembled my order, wrote a note explaining they were sorry and gave me a fountain coke instead, as well as some free cookies. Talk about great customer service. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years, I quickly recognize effort to provide an excellent guest experience. This person didn’t have to write a note or provide cookies, but they went the extra mile and I appreciated the gesture. Now onto my sub, it was beautifully crafted. Picture perfect. I’ve never had a sub that looked so great from Subway. The quality is there. The service is there. What more could you want? I rarely frequent Subway, but due to this experience - I’ll definitely become a regular at this location. If my order was so on point to this extent via delivery, I can only imagine how it would...

I had an awful experience at this location. A staff member (who clearly lacks common sense 🙃) decided to charge me for three extra dressings on the side—something that makes absolutely no sense. 🤷‍♀️ Why would I get charged for something that’s normally part of the sandwich? 🤔 It felt like pure extortion, and to top it off, her attitude was absolutely horrible! 😠

I’ve already filed a complaint with Subway corporate demanding a full refund for this ridiculous charge and her unprofessional behavior. 🚫💵 Honestly, this felt like a form of discrimination, and it was incredibly upsetting. 😞

Great team members. Fast and efficient. Went in around 5:30pm for a quick sub for dinner, with about 10 other people with the same idea. There were only 2 workers visible. A lady making subs and a handsome young man finishing the orders. Yes, I noticed your calves when you turned around to throw away your gloves. Keep up the work in the gym! And thanks for the smile. (He was being kind, I'm too old to flirt with). The two co- workers worked well together. Professional. They got the job done. Sub was great too, as expected. Clean restaurant.
