Scramblers — Restaurant in Norwich Township

Ordered a $70 order for pickup. When we arrived we were given 1 bags. We asked the hostess was this everything. Her answer. "it should be". Well we were missing most of the order. When she went to tell manager his demeanor at first was that we were scamming until he saw only one bag. He then went back to work on order. As this was going on another customer came back in with a bag. I watched as they took the bag back to their counter. Then brought that very same bag out to us. I was like I am not taking food that you gave out to someone else who left the building with it. They actually tried to deny that they just did, but I watched the entire thing unfold!!! The hostess then had the nerve to ask why we were upset??? Ummm you tried to give us good that was outside of the store with someone else?? Unacceptable!! In the end the manager remade our entire order and was very apologetic We know places make mistakes. But the way it was initially handled was completely wrong and unacceptable. My son loves this place and was extremely upset how they treated us. After the managers apology he said he may be back. As for me. My first time scrambler experience. Will never happen...

I ordered pancakes, bacon and juice. The pancakes and bacon were more or less room temperature. The juice did not appear. The waitress had not come by to see how things were, but I managed to flag her down. She took my pancakes back to heat in the microwave. There was a mound of butter on them when she took my plate that was still there when she returned it. Clearly not much heating took place. I asked for my juice at that time and she did bring it. As I lifted up a piece of bacon I had noticed that there was a hair on the plate under it. At that point I lost my appetite and did not continue eating the lukewarm pancakes or hairy bacon. I did drink some of the juice. The manager came over and said she’d take a couple of dollars off my bill. When my dining companion questioned that the manager said, “Well, alight if you’re going to make a big deal about it.” She came back with a revised bill. I was charged full price for the hairy bacon and the price for the lukewarm pancakes was cut in half. There are so many other places to eat breakfast. Not to make a big deal about it, but I won’t be back to...

The wife and I stopped by here around 11am on a Saturday while doing some errands. Upon entering the establishment, we were promptly greeted by the host, seated, and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered coffee.

Our server arrived a couple of minutes later with a large carafe of coffee and a smaller one of water. These were left on our table, a BIG plus for us. We then put in our order. For me, a 'Westgate' and for her, a 'Crab Cake Benny'

Within 10 minutes our food came up. It was very good! The Westgate is a scambler, i.e. Chorizo, jalapenos, some veggies, and two steamed eggs on top of potato chunks. Very fresh and filling! The Crab Cake Benny was very good as well. My wife enjoyed that the crab cakes had a lot of crab and the hollandaise sauce was good. She said it was ontop of english muffins. She thought for the price, it was a very good deal.

Overall, the service was fantastic. Very friendly and polite servers and staff. I would recommend coming here again for breakfast! Very good value for the money, and very...
