Way too expensive. Each style of crust adds like 7-12 dollars just for the style of crust. Why is a pepperoni pizza 24 dollars instead of 16.50 that it says online? That seems intentionally misleading.
Also, 1.25 for a cup of ranch that is usually only half full? Add 4 bucks to that pizza for ranch just to have enough. 30 dollars for a misleading pepperoni pizza.
Discount the ranch to a dollar, and fill the cups up all the way consistently. I’ve eaten here like 10 times and they are never filled up the same amount. Make the menu more simple without misleading crust costs.
They had 1 poor bartender taking care of the entire restaurant. Do you not make enough to pay for employees to work in your restaurant? How about cooks in the back? It can take anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour and a half to get your pizza depending on the day you go in. That’s unacceptable.
I’ve finally reached my breaking point of feeling ripped off that I’m motivated enough to go out of my way to leave a review. I hope things change because...
Read moreI tried this place because everyone raves about it & honestly, I'd give it a 7.5/10. The pizzas are huge, but makes it kind of hard when you're the only one eating it. They do have a smaller size, but only for the cauliflower crust, but I wanted to try their regular crust. Thankfully, it got me a few meals though, especially since it was $25. My pizza wasn't cut, which I didn't realize until I got home, but I own a pizza cutter at least so its fine. I will say that whoever was working when I went in was a little rude though. I had never been there before, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't just taking my pizza & dipping because as someone who works in food service, I am used to workers knowing the customer is picking up their food, even if it's paid for. She just kinda gave me an attitude because I didn't know I could just go ahead & take it, but I'm sure she had a long night, so it is what it is. I'd be down to try this place again in hopes of it being a...
Read moreThe pizza and patio space was great in Hilliard. The layout of the interior floorspace didn't really provide a good seat in the house. Wide but not deep. Tables too close together. Always someone standing or walking beside you waiting on bar service. There was also an apparent lack of a seating, ordering, paying process. The process varied based on if you were on the patio or inside. I had to order food at the bar because I was on the patio. They said they couldn't start a tab and didn't take my name. They took my order not knowing where to deliver it. Staff was wondering around the whole time trying to locate who ordered what. When it came time to pay I had to go back to the bar to ask how to since they didn't have my name or credit card. I had to list out my order so they could find my bill. The pizza was great but only came in one size. Bring your wallet. A pie will cost...
