A friend posted about how good her pizza was from Sexton’s, so we naturally had to go because it’s right around the corner from us and we had never been. We went during the Bengals game today & it did not disappoint. I got a beer (they have CBC’s holiday ale on tap 🙏🏻) and we got the Mike! & the Bee Bee Q pizzas - they were delish! Our fave was the Bee Bee Q, though. Two of the 12in pizzas was more than enough for the two of us hungry peeps. The environment was awesome - very family or group-friendly. This may have to be our new NFL Sunday spot! (Ps. I have been reading the reviews cause I couldn’t believe how they only had four stars & I have to say, I LOVE the responses from owner - love to see that you have a sense of humor & don’t take the negative Nancy’s too seriously)

REVISED 5/5/23 - They had the correct crust available this visit... and it was fantastic! Service was also much better this visit! The Smokey Robinson was delicious! Upping my review to 5 stars. Review from April 2022 (2 stars) - They were out of the standard thin crust dough??? We had the "Smokey Robinson", but it was on the thick crust. I could tell the ingredients were all top notch, but I am just NOT a fan of thick crust. Also, the big square thick crust pizza came out sliced into only 6 pieces. Each piece was like 6" x 6" - impossible to eat with out fork and knife. I'd assume my review might be much better if pizza was served with the correct crust, but who knows since it wasn't available.

The customer service was nonexistent. I came in and neither employee acknowledged me. One was to busy showing her friends how to upload reels and the other was blowing up balloons. Maybe my skin tone was too dark for them 🤷🏽‍♀️. Don’t go here. Update: Typical reply from a restaurant where the customer is NEVER right. They say they checked the cameras which is funny because I had a mask on. They said all “3” employees deny my claims; first why wouldn’t they and second they don’t know what I look like either do to the mask. This just proves how much the customer service is lacking here! Spread the word! If you’re not the right complexion they’ll ignore and deny wrongdoing!

Way too expensive. Each style of crust adds like 7-12 dollars just for the style of crust. Why is a pepperoni pizza 24 dollars instead of 16.50 that it says online? That seems intentionally misleading.

Also, 1.25 for a cup of ranch that is usually only half full? Add 4 bucks to that pizza for ranch just to have enough. 30 dollars for a misleading pepperoni pizza.

Discount the ranch to a dollar, and fill the cups up all the way consistently. I’ve eaten here like 10 times and they are never filled up the same amount. Make the menu more simple without misleading crust costs.

They had 1 poor bartender taking care of the entire restaurant. Do you not make enough to pay for employees to work in your restaurant? How about cooks in the back? It can take anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour and a half to get your pizza depending on the day you go in. That’s unacceptable.

I’ve finally reached my breaking point of feeling ripped off that I’m motivated enough to go out of my way to leave a review. I hope things change because...

I tried this place because everyone raves about it & honestly, I'd give it a 7.5/10. The pizzas are huge, but makes it kind of hard when you're the only one eating it. They do have a smaller size, but only for the cauliflower crust, but I wanted to try their regular crust. Thankfully, it got me a few meals though, especially since it was $25. My pizza wasn't cut, which I didn't realize until I got home, but I own a pizza cutter at least so its fine. I will say that whoever was working when I went in was a little rude though. I had never been there before, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't just taking my pizza & dipping because as someone who works in food service, I am used to workers knowing the customer is picking up their food, even if it's paid for. She just kinda gave me an attitude because I didn't know I could just go ahead & take it, but I'm sure she had a long night, so it is what it is. I'd be down to try this place again in hopes of it being a...

The pizza and patio space was great in Hilliard. The layout of the interior floorspace didn't really provide a good seat in the house. Wide but not deep. Tables too close together. Always someone standing or walking beside you waiting on bar service. There was also an apparent lack of a seating, ordering, paying process. The process varied based on if you were on the patio or inside. I had to order food at the bar because I was on the patio. They said they couldn't start a tab and didn't take my name. They took my order not knowing where to deliver it. Staff was wondering around the whole time trying to locate who ordered what. When it came time to pay I had to go back to the bar to ask how to since they didn't have my name or credit card. I had to list out my order so they could find my bill. The pizza was great but only came in one size. Bring your wallet. A pie will cost...
