Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norwich Township

Very slow service, always usually missing something and have to walk inside after going through drivethrough. Always pay for extra stuff like sour cream or extra cheese and rarely get it. All younger employees who look stoned mostly. The inside of restaurant makes you loose your appetite. Trashy. Tables dirty, walls below counter filthy, walls period all around needs a good ajax cleaning and bleaching. Waited 20 minutes for a $5 box inside. All employees looked as if they were in slow motion. The cashier had a line and kept leaving computer to go in kitchen. Seems as if this is poorly ran. Words of advice. Have cashier stay put and focus on order taking and cleaning of the dining room after customers leave. Nobody wants to eat in a disgusting business i dont care who you are. If employees were properly trained before being thrown into fire, order accuracy will improve which leads to higher customer satisfaction, speed of service will improve due to customers not needing to return in to fix errors causing a hold up on everybody else and most importantly leading to more compensation. There should be 2 sets of eyes checking food as well before going out....for heavens sake i hate walking back in to get my nachos or cinnamon twist thats forgotten. I could go on...

It's not easy to earn 5 stars, let alone a review from me, but this place is always consistent for the last 2 years whenever I order from online for pick-up. Today was significant though because I arrived a little early for the bag and the gentleman behind the counter came out with it after a couple minutes and first words out were "Mac! Extra chicken right?" head nod. I knew then that these cantina tacos were made with extra tender care and packed with hot rotisserie succulence.. I can tell this place was either bought out by a very cheap person, or the management is different. It used to be really good, now, I go there and I feel like I’m skimped on everything I get! I got a crunch wrap, and it was the thinnest Crunchwrap I’ve ever seen. It was all tortilla, I got two orders of rice that was half full, which I’ll include a pic of because are you kidding me? The cheese cups for nachos and cheese are barely half full now. The soft tortillas I’ve noticed are usually stale, and not soft anymore. It’s really disappointing, we spent $40 on our order and I feel like half was missing considering how the portions are. I tried to call them, and it rang a few times...
