I decided to roll my own cigarettes to save money. I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Mo, the owner. His greeting was very friendly and it didn't take me long to see why there were so many positive reviews from other customers. Mo walked me through the entire process and explained the different products. He was so wonderful at helping me buy the right products. I had a few questions and Mo answered them all. I didn't feel pressured at all. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the products and was a great help on which roller to purchase. I would highly recommend this store not only for the products he sells but for the excellent customer you get there. Mo made me feel so comfortable and not just with me...I noticed how he treated the other customers while I was there and he treated them the same way. Bought 2 items here last week, sent my BF in for the SAME 2 items he was charged almost $15 less. We've noticed that we're charged differently before, thought we'd test it. Me, a woman, has asked before if I can get a bulk discount, theyve told me I can only get a cash discount, but if you're a man just walk in and they'll hook you up! SEXIST, can't support it. Tons of other tobacco/vape shops around. Sometimes young children running around a store filled with pipes. Super uncomfortable. to the BS response --- Okay so you do the math for me then. 2 north bars purchased Monday 1/13 $54 and change with "cash discount" 2 north bars purchased Saturday 1/18 $47 with card. Hands down one of the best smoke shops in the Columbus area. Very clean and organized, and the guy running the store is so friendly and helpful. I was using off brand Juul pods and was constantly getting broken pods or juice that just doesn’t taste right. I went to Puff Palace just to get some new pods and the guy actually told me about another vape pen (Phix) that has several different flavors of juice, the pods are twice the size of Juul pods and they cost the exact same! I went from a pack and a half of pods in a week to one pack lasting me almost 2 weeks!! Now I will be a faithful customer to the Puff Palace and they will he getting all of...
