The wife and I were looking at Sleep Number beds and ready to buy, when a friend told us about Mark and Cardinal Mattress of Hilliard. It was on a Sunday when I called the store, I left a message and Mark immediately called back - the store was closed. We talked with Mark about their Personal Comfort R13 (flex head queen) and he offered to open the store since we were ready to make the decision on the Sleep Number Bed. We headed out and met Mark at the store. Quite a distance from Dayton, OH, but yeah, it sounded THAT good. We are SO glad we took the time and saved over $1800 on the purchase!!! Mark personally delivered the bed to our home (62 miles from the store) at no charge! We assembled it ourselves (very easy process). Now after 6 months, we absolutely made the right decision and love our Personal Comfort R13 (flex head queen)!!! Mark from Cardinal Mattress is a no-non-sense & straight-up kind of guy. He did not try to sell me something I did not need.

We talked for about 15-20 minutes about what I was looking for a why. We talked about my wants and needs and gave me a few recommendations the met my requests.

I was presently surprised at the pricing and the quality of all of his products. I was so happy, that I placed my order that day. Mark followed up with me a few times to make sure I knew what was going on with my order. (It was a special order, so had to be shipped, right to my door)

I had the absolute pleasure of getting a mattress from here. Mark is extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my needs and preferences in a mattress and together we found one that would be the best fit for me.

Not only was the experience of mattress shopping enjoyable, the delivery/set-up service he offers is impressive. To start, I am not usually comfortable having strangers in my home, but at no point did I feel wary.
