I had a negative experience. The customer service is non-existent.
Fingernails didn’t match toenails. The speak their native language all the time then when they speak English they are short, rude and sarcastically call you “Hon”.
I asked for ombré over clear dip and was refused. The tech told me “don’t try to help me” when she was putting my nails into the dip powder. I explained I have carpal tunnel in both hands and my fingers are stiff. She kept using a dip powder jar to prop my hand up which was painful and left purple dip powder on both my wrists. (I am having hand surgery in a week and don’t need something looking like a bruise where the surgery will be!
I got absolutely no manicure! No soak, no cuticle care or lotion/massage. Also they used the drill to sand down my mail beds and caught my skin, making it bleed. Filed back and forth which is damaging to the matrix of the mail and filed the sides which is the strongest part of the natural nail .
I was so disappointed and upset I didn’t say anything, but I really wish I had.
The mail tech was crushing my legs during the pedicure massage and scraping my feet where I have NO CALLOUSES! Then when she got partially done with my dip nails, she just stood up and walked away and an old man came to finish the job and he is the one who grinned my skin with the drill! He told me to sit with the fan on my nails. Why is that needed with dip?
Just go elsewhere! After 105$ for mani/royal pedi, I still tipped...
Read moreOnly 3 stars right now. I went last minute on Saturday 3/23. The nail tech was great, didnt rush and tried to hold conversation with me. He understood my concerns and issues with my last nail tech so he made sure to take care of me. I got a French dip done and I love it! Starting Wednesday they started to crack and chip. I've never seen this before while having dip nails for years. I'll be going in today to see if the tech was correct when telling me if anything happens in 10 days they will fix it with no cost (unless a whole nail breaks off). I normally leave dip on 2 to 3 weeks with no issues other than the grow out. So concerned about why its cracking and breaking already.
I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. He made sure I was completely dry before leaving which most places dont and you think you are but 5 second later you mess your nails up. One thing that caught me off guard was washing my hands I kept looking for towels or paper towels finally someone said open this what looked like a small heater....for a warm and mint scented towel....omg. best part. Although opening it kind of caught me by surprise with the overwhelming smell of mint oil but...
Read moreAll I feel after visiting this nail salon is sad. I was looking for a new nail salon to start going to & after carefully looking through the reviews, I decided this salon seemed the most loved by others. The first picture is what I asked for. I wanted a transparent cat eye on top of pastel pink polish. I showed the nail tech & he seemed a bit iffy so word for word I said “it’s okay, if you’re not able to do this I can pick another color it’s no problem.” He said “no no it’s okay” & acted like he was going to give me what I asked for. He even asked to see the photo again. While I was there I saw that this was in fact not what I asked for but I was okay with it because I assumed the grey tinted cat eye would at least be full coverage. Instead I was left with spotty polish. My nails were left jagged on the sides & snagging on my clothing. I feel like my nails were not taken care of at all in this salon from the filing to...
