We actually found this restaurant on Facebook & wanted to try something new. I’m so glad we did as we had a wonderful brunch date at “Teas your Spirit” in Hilliard ! A lovely fusion & Bohemian atmosphere restaurant that serves amazing food, teas, drinks, and good vibes. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu !!!

🌟YES to friendly Customer Service 🌟YES to a Clean & inviting environment 🌟YES to traditional Dominican food 🤤 🌟YES to the Cocktails /Mocktails 🌟YES to that French toast in the video lol

A lot of our conversations were had with the owners son who shared this restaurant is owned by his Father & his Wife (step-mom). He was so informative and shared they have Facebook and Instagram handles as well. You’ll find they host different events, including burlesque nights, tea/alcohol infusion workshops & more. The patio area looks spacious and cannot wait to try once the season changes ☀️

CHECK THEM OUT ! YOU WONT REGRET IT !

-Pictured: Huevos a la Dominicana & House Made Cinnamon Bread French toast, Pollo Empanadas, Peach Smash (Mocktail on left) & Lavender and Blueberry Margarita & infused alcohol from their infusion workshop.

I was very excited to try this place for brunch! The vibes were there-the outdoor space is beautiful (despite some kids there that were breaking the paper lanterns). The food was excellent and I wish that was enough to make me come back, but unfortunately the service was bad enough that I won't.

I ordered a side of fruit, and you can clearly see that I got a Caesar salad. I didn't say anything, the salad was good. We asked for more water. The waitress took our water carafe....and never brought more water, nor did we see her to ask her again until she brought the check (unprompted). She split our check oddly without asking and didn't fix it, she just said she would run each card for half at the register. We later realized that she split the bill incorrectly, despite us watching her write down whose card went with what food.

You can see how big the burrito was, I planning on taking half home to have for dinner. It was delicious! I said 3 times that I wanted a box. The waitress even acknowledged it and said she would get one. She took my plate, I thought maybe she was putting it in a box? No. She threw it away. She did apologize profusely and offer to have another one made, but said it would take awhile. I did not have time to stay, and I was too shocked to ask...

This place is a hidden gem in Hilliard. You don't even notice that it's off the Main Street at the end of Center Street.

They have two outdoor patios. The back patio is set up with shade and all assortment of tables. Great place to relax and drink with charcuterie boards.i was with my lovely person for lunch and ended up here. We grabbed a few appetizers which were yuca fries and a queso empanada. The yica fries were fantastic. I couldn't get enough of the sauce. The queso empanada was a neat version of a desert with the sweet jam on the bottom. It was super crispy and the queso cheese was the perfect pull stringy kind. For my main meal, ilI ended up picking the La Bandera Dominicana. This had chicken with a tomato based sauce and very seasoned beans over rice. This dish also had avocado and sweet dried plantains. I loved how flavorful the dish was. Every bit of this dish was pack full of flavor. I ended up washing it down with a horchata. Great presentation with the flower and it wasn't super sweet. I have so much to try on the menu and will need to find time to try their tea time specials. I highly recommend this place and will...
