They deserve more than 5 stars! Went in this afternoon to buy a coil for an older device I had because my current one died ...the first gentleman that greeted me told me that my device was pretty much ruined, and explained why. Showed me some new options but unfortunately, there just wasn't anything in my price range on the shelf. The other worker that was there overheard this, went in the back and found me a discontinued piece that would do the trick until I could get a new one..he offered it to me at an incredibly reasonable price!! When he noticed the battery on that particular device seemed defective , he really hooked me up!! Next week I'll be back to purchase a new one but I'll also be a lifelong customer now 😃 they have a great group of people Working for them, they are extremely well educated on every product on their shelves and they really take that extra time to educate you. On top of that, their selection is vast! Huge HUGE shout-out to the guy that helped me out today, wish I got his name 😕but he's always working, has been there everytime I've gone around 4.. younger guy, dirty blonde shoulder length hair and a beard. A great personality and the customer service...

Very friendly and amazing staff at the Vape shop.I first visited the shop approximately 5 months ago when I was given a vape, a very nice one, better yet a high end vape. When I visited the store to get an oil and have it cleaned the gentleman was amazing allowing me to try different flavors not trying to sell me, letting me know what was currently on sale.I had then overheard while he was ringing me out and looking for the flavor I chose in the mgs of nicotine that he was "New" I was in shock... It's very hard to find great customer service anywhere you go..My experience has now brought me back there to give them my business as my vape has been stolen, I called explained my story an once again he "Mark" Never tried to sell me the most expensive product he stated that they had $45.00 dollar ones I then went into further detail and asked for top of the line and he told me all the details and the cost walking out the door.. I would never be a trader and go elsewhere and I will tell you I moved away from that area, I am now in Pawcatuck,CT and will travel for cleanings, oils, and all my other needs... #Amazed...

Honestly really sad to be writing this because I love this store but recently they have removed a lot of the personality aspects of this store and it seems like every other vape shop on the block with outrageous prices. The staff that is here most days is super helpful and professional but I use to come in to get vapes and batteries and didn’t mind the prices due to the amazing atmosphere in the shop. I miss how amazing the shop used to be with the polls of various topics and how the shop members rated their favorite juices and flavors. They’ve also ran out of my favorite geek bars which is an added punch to the gut, although it’s not their fault due to the fda and such,but I will probably be taking my...
