Mr. Jose Sanchez, "owner", don't know if that is his real name or real title. Was extremely disrespectful and has horrible customer service, both on the phone and in person. He started to scream and call me all types of disrespectful names, when I was explaining to him that his customer service needed to be fixed. When I put my order through the phone and asked if he needed a name he stated that he couldn't take one because "he was too busy" and hung up. He also said he was going to give me my money back so I can leave. I put the pizza box on his countertop and he grabbed the pizza box went around the counter and started to PUSHED me out the store with the pizza box. Still did not give me my money back, he threatened to call the police which I have no problem because he put his hands on me! I spent $26 at this place with no issue, I want my money back and an apology from this man, Mr. Jose Sanchez. 0 stars for HIS customer service. I'm a young woman and a Store Manager where I live, and I would NEVER treat anyone the way he treated me. I will be filing a police report for him putting his hands on my person.! I hope the cameras work as well because the way he was acting was extremely hostile and scary. I would never recommend this spot to anyone, especially if you have children. If he was willing to put his hands on me, I wouldn't want to imagine if I had taken my child with me. Not a family friendly...

When we received the new menu in the mail we were really excited to try to the new “Farmers” pizza with tomatoes broccoli and ricotta. We added chicken to it for some extra protein. When we received the pizza(after waiting 1hr 30min) the driver was explaining how he went to the wrong address. Then we opened the pizza and it was ONLY CHICKEN. The whole FARMER part was missing. We called and the said they would credit our account. This was not our first time receiving wrong food. We order from them a lot because we actually like the food.

Fast forward a few weeks and we order our free pizza along with wings and jalapeños poppers(because we had to order food equal to the price of the free order?!?!) Pizza was right…..WINGS WERE WRONG. We asked for Cajun Garlic(the best sauce they have) and we got Cajun Dry rub.

When we called the guy asked if we want to hear the recording of our order as if to call us liars. If he looked at all of our past orders, of which there are many, he would see that we NEVER order the dry rub but we always order the Cajun garlic.

I’ve been trying to justify ordering because generally the food is tasty but the service we receive is horrendous.

Be wary of ordering. Always ask for them to repeat back your order. Check your food before...

I spent 25$ on 7 wings (dry rub ranch) and a Buffalo chicken salad. I know better than to get their wet sauces on wings because they put them in a container with a bucket full of sauce and they are soggy trash. Going with the dry rub they still managed to be soggy and possibly undercooked and have no seasoning or flavor to them, the salad was mostly all the stalk with minimal actual lettuce and the boneless Buffalo chicken was over cooked to the point of a similiar stringy texture as beef jerky but somehow even that was still cold. I threw the entire meal in the trash. I called to speak to the manager to remedy the situation and waited an hour and half still to no call back, tried again and the worker (Julian) was rude and abruptly said "I told you he will call you back" and hung up on me. I finally received a call back nearly 3 hours later and the manager still wouldn't get on the line and was relaying my messages to the manager who sounded as if he was standing directly behind him several times. Terrible customer service and do NOT recommend. Clown show... On a side not I forgot about the newly opened G.O.A.T.S restaurant downtown after throwing out the wings and pies placed an order for them and I've been more than satisfied...
