Bravo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Norwood

i ordered my food via phone to here. i had it picked up & brought to me. when i opened the bag, i realized SeVeraL things were missing. i immediately call them and they said they would correct it. to just bring the burritos back and they would make me fresh ones and give me the items that were missing. when I arrived they had my missing rice, beans, and tomatoes and a bag ready to go. I asked where are the burritos? they told me just take the ones that you brought in just now and take them back with you. I told them that that is not going to work because by the time I get back home it would be cold and that is why I was okay with the phone rep telling me that they would remake the burritos fresh and have them ready in 10 minutes when I arrive with the mistakenly made burritos. So I had to sit there and wait for them to make me two more burritos fresh to wear by the time I got home my food would still be warm. The manager seemed very friendly and so did the employees but the way this was handled was very poor. This is only my second time eating here, the food is great but the service was off today which I believe was because the person answering the phone doesn't understand English well enough to be answering the phone and taking orders. thumbs down this time guys. Wow! What can I say but Wow! We like to just drive through towns and say "let's eat here" and boy are we glad w did. Too busy enjoying the food to take pics, but trust me, the presentation was Top Notch! Everything tasted so wonderful! The salsa! The rice! The burrito! The chicken! And want to talk about fresh? Next time you’re in Norwood and crave mexican food, this should definitely be your 1st choice. The food is delicious and ACTUALLY authentic, it made me feel like I was eating my mom’s mexican food, the flavors were so comforting!!!
