The flowers were pretty but the card that was seen by everyone at the funeral had so many misspelled words that it was quite embarrassing. I typed all the words correctly on the web form but it must have been hand typed to be printed on the card and was careless mistakes. When I say so many misspelled words, it was not just one or two words, it was several. Judy, the manager, said they had too many funerals over 2 days for just 2 people. She didn't seem very sorry about the errors, just gave excuses. Will not be using them again unfortunately. I'm not sure they really give the care to detail that I would expect for an arrangement at that...

Very bad experience. My mother called weeks ahead, and ordered flowers for my birthday. On my birthday, the flowers were not received. The flowers were not delivered or put together. There were no notices or messages sent of a delay or issue they had. My mother called and Simply Chic said “we forgot and overlooked the order.” I would not purchase anything or order flowers from this business unless you mind your purchase being “overlooked” and blatantly disregarded.
