Let's start with the ladies up front, they are kind courteous and professional. Boom checked in! Next the nurse is pretty quick getting me in to check vitals and updating my chart. Boom she is out! Now my PCP comes in asking me what's up? Straight to the point but makes me feel at ease concerning my health issue. Usually I'm just in for a health checkup and blood work. But she is very sincere about discussing my health. ( I once had a doctor who ask me if I don't do what he tells me, then why do I keep coming back, old Army Doc! ) That's really was a good feeling he cares. Now my PCP Lucy is a very kind professional no nonsense Lady. She does her part and expects me to do mine. I genuinely leave with both of us in agreement concering medical instructions until my next checkup and to stay on track. Boom I'm out of there for another six months. They recently put a new nurse practitioner in there that I'm not impressed with. My whole family goes here. Since she has taken her residency at our local medical office myself my husband and one of my children have had see her. None of us have been particularly happy or felt better after our visits. I don't know if it's a lack of experience but she doesn't seem to have a lot of confidence in what it is that she is diagnosing you with and has to always clear it past a cloud doctor or the doctor in the cloud I'd prefer that the doctor in front of my face knew what the hell they were doing.She doesn't seem to listen or trust what a parent is saying about their child. I wouldn't even give this place one star if possible. No one cares whatsoever. I started calling at 8:42am on 5-6-2020, having been in pain for almost 10hrs on mostly the left side of my body. They asked what I had taken, I responded with the two prescriptions THEY gave me, 5 ibuprofen and 2 naproxen. By the end the said they could recommend me for pain management. I don't want pain management, I want to know why I'm in pain. They told me to stop taking so many NSAIDS bc I could cause liver damage, but would call me in more muscle relaxers that I was already on.
