Bojangles — Restaurant in Norwood

You know I have been going to this bojangles ever since they opened and never been rude or anything. Tried treating the employees nice and respectful and today was very unexceptionable….I went to order food for my family and waited at the speaker for 6-8 minutes for someone to say something and nothing…you know a we will be right with you or something along those lines go a long way..just saying Anyway I drive up to the window to explain my situation and I got attitude bad…manager was mouthing in the background while I was trying to explain why I drove up without ordering. She kept mouthing while I was going to order…so halfway thru my order I just said Never-mind I will not be placing an order. Just cancel my order at this point. I understand being short staffed, everyone is right now and because I have worked with the public for so many years I understand completely….but when someone is trying to be respectful and explain why, you can’t be disrespectful to them and expect good things from it!!!! You know all they had to do was acknowledge I was at the speaker so I wouldn’t think something was wrong with it….courtesy goes a long way!! I don’t know that I will ever go back there again and it’s sad because me and my family have always gone there...

Normally even if ask for southern tenders I get the spicy ones and I can't eat spicy foods at all. Have had them mess up the order more than they have gotten it correct. Employees are very rude at times but the girl was actually nice last night and I actually got what I ordered even though fries were to be no salt no season salt nothing in salt but they were salty but not as bad as normally are. So if you can't eat spicy and order southern check before you pull off or you'll still have no food to eat. But another choice could be the steak biscuit it's normally a good choice and not spicy but do wish they had a choice of non spicy of more things ...their regular chicken sandwich had a friend's eyes watering and he can eat spicy but he said that it was setting his mouth on fire so even non spicy chicken sandwiches aren't a safe choice if you can't eat spicy due to any...

This is a hit or miss store. Went less than I month ago and service was perfect, pleasant. Order correct. Staff cheerful and happy to serve. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. Waited quite a few mins at the speaker to place order. The cashier did not take order correctly. At the window, the manager and cashier both held my credit card for a long period of time. Walking away from the cash register with it, out of my line of sight. I made mention that my order was taken incorrectly, the cashier did not try to correct it and only made an attempt to correct a drink. I finally recieved my credit card back.
