The food is fantastic! Both burgers we tried (the Korean and the IPA burger) were cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor. Preceding the burgers was the pork belly nachos. I'm usually particular about my nachos. These were great in that the toppings were evenly distributed and the cheese melted on most of the chips. We cleaned the plate of nachos completely.
The only thing lacking on this visit was the service. We came in around 12:45, which appeared to be the end of their lunch rush as all but one or two tables were gone by 1pm. We didn't know exactly which beers we wanted as soon as the bartender was ready to take our order. We asked for a minute to decide and received was felt like 10 min to decide. By the time a different server finally approached us, we gave them our full order of beers, appetizer, and burgers. It took what felt like another 5 min to receive our beers, which must have been taken out of the cooler in anticipation of being brought to the table. The first time I went here was kind of on a whim, had simply seen it had good reviews on google and I was living on Xavier’s campus for the summer so it was close by. After eating there now a couple times, it’s one of the best burger places I’ve been to in Cincinnati, possibly the best. The burgers are kind of interesting in that they are very tall, with the meat being very round almost like a slightly flattened meat ball, instead of like a typical patty being fairly flat on the top and bottom. The first time I got the hangover burger which has three additional types of meat on it, plus cheeses, onion strings, and sauce. It was burger heaven! The second time I was less hungry and simply got a cheese burger but was still delicious. The fries aren’t anything fancy, basically steak fries, but are still very good. Next time I’m there I’m going for the BPJ which is banana, peanut butter, and jam. Sounds funky but I’ve got to try it.

7:15ish pm on 1/31/19 Completely ignored by the two ladies and the man working when I came in to pick up my food tonight. My order was stored wrong so I understand that hold up but when I walk in and no one even looks at the 6’5 brown skinned gentleman but runs to assist the lady behind me and still walks by me while I’m asking for help.... I was excited about this place and talking it up and now I haven’t even left the parking lot because of the upset and disgust I feel. I bet the food is great n I bet those people are too but I didn’t feel the love or even decency tonight.. thanks I feel bad even writing this but I felt worst sitting and standing there obviously being ignored :(
Update: food was good wife and kids thoroughly enjoyed everything but the wings were half mid half spicy and they put them all in one container not separated so my kids couldn’t eat any mild without some hot sauce here and there or us showing them...
