Usually the service was ok, but today is the worst experience. Ordered drive through and the person who took my order didn’t pay any attention to my order. Not going back ever again and thanks to your service you guys lost a customer. Told her a medium meal, extra fries with kids meal instead of apple slice, a chocolate milk, and ranch sauce. They give me large meal, ss sauce, and no chocolate milk. I told them about my order issued. The crows told person who took my order and she spoke to me through drive window with attitude. I told her that she didn’t pay any attention to my order and got errors. Then she said that she doesn’t understand what I was saying. I was speaking English and she is a caucasian, so there is no language barrier at all. Maybe because of my skin color. That is what It came to my head. Another lady told me to move out off the drive through window and they are going to fix my order, but they just added an extra fries, but no ranch sauce or chocolate milk. I had an appointment across the street to service my car, which always takes ages. My appointment was at 8:30am and I had to have my 9 year old and 1 year old daughters with me. I promised breakfast at McDonald’s for them, not realizing the dining room wasn’t open until 10am (drive thru only). As we started to walk away, disappointed, the manager, Jackson, came out. He told us he’d be happy to take our order, given they were open for drive thru. My daughter was beaming, as this was such a treat. When I asked if they had outdoor seating, Jackson replied that they did not. A second later, he said that since I had children he would let us sit at a table, which he assured us was very clean.
