Workers are not friendly. They rather look you up and down and stare you down before they ask you if you need help. There was a blonde lady in yoga pants that just stands there folding clothes but won't ask you if you need help, She just stands there looks at you smiling others walk around acting as if they can't help you. Another that seem like it was a bother to stop what she was doing to help. You call no one answers phones. Now ivsee why. I refuse to spend money at this location. As I waited some help I saw a half drunk Starbucks cup near what seemed to be were an employee was working. Customer service is next to none! They all seem lazy. If you are a person of color expect to get no help, stared at as if you are going to...

We were looking for comfortable and sporty clothing, so we decided to check out the Old Navy store in the Vintage Oak shopping mall. The merchandise is primarily geared toward a younger clientele, but there are many options available. The store is large and well-organized, and the fitting rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, and we managed to find a couple of basic items we liked. The sale racks are definitely worth exploring, as we found some great deals on athletic wear and basics. Had a great experience at the store, but the clothes themselves are not great- I will not go back here because of their clothing. I bought pants in the men's section and the measurements are completely wrong - the pants fit like they are several inches wider in the waist than the listed measurement, and the material just keeps loosening...
