I don’t normally post reviews… maybe 4 ever.

But call me a Karen… I’ve never had an issue until the last two time. The LAST time I told myself I would never come back and I decided to once again today. I work maybe… a 2 min drive from here and I wait for 15 mins plus using the curbside. I work primary with elderly, so I don’t want to go in and let’s me honest… I don’t feel like it either.

I called once after 20 mins of waiting for my order and they told me I had to be PARKED right in front of the curbside sign… ok.. YET I saw people pull up to the door and receive their orders and parked in other lanes and still go their order. So, no apology then.. just blaming me for not parking in the correct spot.

This time, someone was parked in front of the sign and inside the store, so I had to park outside of the sign. Mind you, I’m on my break.. and I wait about 10 mins while I see happy smiling customers come out… FINALLY the customer comes outside pulls out their car out of the curbside space and I park there. I wait another 5 mins.

I suggest going to Tim Hortons down the road or Picasso’s. Don’t waste your money. Shoot, I’ll drive 20 mins to go to another DD because it takes them that long to bring your order anyway.

Been coming to this store for more than 11 years. Since I moved to Michigan. They had good baristas, bad baristas over year but I can honestly say the place became at its lowest point ever. I will permanently boycott the store. The majority of baristas now do terrible job. I order online and I come to find more order not there, when I get my coffee. It is always spelled over the cup. Baristas with except to 1 young lady are rude. 8 out of last 10 orders I come to store to find out they don’t have what I ordered (if u don’t have it why I can order it online). They would try to force me to take replacement and sometimes ask me to pay the difference. Seriously. Last incident was yesterday I came for coffee and donut (they were out of donuts). They give me the coffee and told me all we got is mini donuts will I don’t eat them. They didn’t gave me anything in place of it as if that is okay. Worst DD ever. I am better off driving to Tim Hortons which is a block more over getting ripped off. I will report these actions to DD corporate . It is not even 10 times this happen this year. One time I ordered tea in counter after I paid they told me we don’t have this flavor and gave me regular cold tea....

8/27/25 Update: Gave them another shot.... 2 wrong drinks & the incorrect sandwich... DO NOT!!!

Drove out of my way to go to a different DD as the one by me is the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. Well…. Until I came here Sunday morning. Simple order of a latte with almond milk, a wake up wrap, a donut, and a pup cup. It took me 5 minutes at the register and the guy still didn’t get my order correct or complete. He was SO bad that I had to holler over to the manager to ask her to come over and help. She put in the almond milk and walked away. It was so bad that I had to ask for her help again. Long story short, I would NEVER go back here even if I had a $100 gift card to only that location.

They need to train their staff. I hate making negative reviews but I have to be heated to do so and this was by far the worst fast food customer service experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t even get myself a coffee because he did know what a...
