I never leave reviews but this time may have to. It always ends up being the same person too . I’m going to at least be nice and not name names. But the first isn’t so bad as the second experience!
But the first time having a bad experience I asked for extra crunch of something and they put something else and I told them it’s something else instead and helped them. And she said no it’s not. And didn’t listen so I just said okay and went with it. And when I get up to the windows there guess what? It’s the wrong thing on my drink! :) and the lady’s looking at it like shoot and not giving it. And I didn’t want to wait longer in drive thru because it took longer then usual. so I was like I’ll just take it anyway kind of annoyed. And then drove off.
And then the next time I go inside. And I expected it to take longer anyway because it always does when you eat inside there. Because they care more about the drive thru then if someone ordered something first indoors. And I’ve seen a lady yell at them before and I get why now that customer was so mad now. Because I experienced the same myself. Even though I would never go and yell because I’m not that kind of person and hate confrontation. But also I’m just getting walked over still at this point… :/ And they really don’t give as much a crap for the people eating inside. But so I ordered my drink and food and got the food and me and my mom ended up finishing it that’s chill. And then 20 minutes go by and we already finished our food ages ago so I was like okay I’m just going to see what’s up. And I ask politely to see and she said there’s a wait even though I was the only customer waiting. for 20 minutes. but it’s because they kept only attending to drive thru and not caring how long I waited with new drivers coming in and ordering after me.
But so I was a little bit annoyed, but ends up waiting longer anyway. And then these group of kids come in with the mom and they get their drink as soonnn as they order it five minutes later. and I’m stilllll waiting so that time I’m slowly getting fed up. and then my mom is going up to the front after to talk to someone. and then the second we get up and look annoyed then they are looking at us finally. And see how I’m kind of looking over to the kids how that got theres so soon for only being there for five minutes. and already their drinks and me still waiting now for 30 minutes. and nowww they care about my drink. so I got treated for shit so I don’t think I’m going to go there again! it sucks because it’s the most convenient because it’s close to me and I’ve absolutely loved their Starbucks for so long but now my opinions have definitely changed on it unfortunately. And I was a loyal customer. And also lastly too of course my drink then too still came out wrong too! :) after me paying for extra mocha drizzle with no drizzle in it at all! So wasted extra money with that too! So I see how shitty...
Read moreIf you're unfamiliar with the area, this particular location is conveniently located right off the freeway. It's very easy to find if you're getting off of the freeway because your GPS tells you coffee is nearby, and it's easy to get back on your way and back to your route.
I must also say that I have only ever been through the drive thru here, so I cannot speak on the speed and accuracy of things if you're choosing to forgo the line of cars and head inside.
Another thing you must know is that this area is very, very busy nearly all of the time. That means this location is quite busy, a lot of the time. If you frequent different Starbucks locations, then you already know they're not all created equal, and some can handle the volume that they get, and some simply cannot. I think it's fair to say that this location is somewhere in between.
This location can get very busy, very quickly, and because of the way the parking lot is set up, it also gets congested very quickly. It doesn't take long for the drive thru line to wrap around and down through the parking lot, which creates a whole slew of issues all on its own.
If you're lucky enough to find yourself here, with only a car or two in front of you in the drive thru, I'd say you should leave here, and go straight across the way to the gas station and play the lottery. That being said, I don't think I've had to wait much longer than like twenty or twenty five minutes when it's super busy, and to some that might sound like a very LONG time but I am really not a fan of getting out of my car for coffee, and honestly half the time when you go inside, it isn't much quicker.
I've found the employees here to be friendly, professional, and quite efficient. I've yet to have anything in my order messed up here, which says a lot seeing as there are locations that mess up my order almost regularly. Also, if you have your pup in the car there is a chance that it'll make the window wall of pet photos. I found this to be a nice touch and enjoy when corporate run locations are able to do little things that set them apart from one another.
When all is said and done, just plan to wait in line if you're venturing for the drive thru. No need to get all bent out of shape because you're in a hurry.

Read moreI had ordered a drink on Friday 3/20 and really enjoyed it. When I went on Saturday 3/21 I ordered the same drink not realizing what I had ordered had a VERY similar sister item on the menu (really only a one word difference). When I got my drink, I was confused because it wasn’t what I had ordered the previous day. I tried explaining to the employee that the drink I got the previous day was similar in color to what my husband got (the item I thought I had ordered was a caramel color, the item I had received was completely white), but it felt like they weren’t really listening to what I was saying, and just automatically assumed I was blaming them. They kept telling me what I ordered was what I got, and that they would remake it but it would look the same. I understood and do understand that. I did not disagree with that. I was just trying to figure out what I needed to order next time to get the drink I wanted so issues like this don’t arise in the future. I don’t come to starbucks often enough to know that’s two drinks with only one word difference. It was starting to get busy and I didn’t want to hold them up so I thanked them, pulled into a parking space, pulled up their menu, found the item and waited again in the line, paid for my drink and left.
I’ve worked in this business, I know how stressful it can be. I’m not complaining cause I got the wrong drink, that was on me- but instead of trying to get me out of line, take a second to help me understand and let me know that there’s a second incredibly similar drink on the menu.
