Worst Subway ever. The worker would not look up from his cell phone when I entered on a slow night. He also wouldn't accept a Subway issued voucher. I then tried to pay with a gift card. He claimed that my Subway gift card (that I bought it 2 days prior at a different store) was expired. I later went to a different Subway and it worked fine. On my 12 inch sub, he only put 3 tomato slices spaced far apart and barely no lettuce. It was obviously out of laziness. Veggies were in bad shape, old, not fresh. I asked for a water cup and he shove his entire bare hand into it as he handed it to me. After I got my pathetic and sickly looking sub, I tried eating it at the store and the tables where gross and dirty.....looked like they had not been cleaned this century. Read moreThis is by far the worst subway. I went twice. And both times they made my fiancés sandwich wrong. I just left there today. I bought 3 ft longs. One being the steak and nacho cheese. There was no nacho cheese. I took back to get a refund and he says he can remake. Told him it was the second incident and I didn’t want more food I didn’t like. Said there is no way to refund. Here is the steak and nacho cheese. This was the younger gentlemen. There is a lady there that also makes up her own prices. The first time I came in she charged me 3 dollars more than any other subway I’ve been. I only knew bc I tried to make and online order before I walked in. First, the guy acted like using a coupon was a huge inconvenience for him and demanded to know which one I was using before he made our sandwiches.
Second, when asked to confirm what sandwiches qualify for the deal, he responded that it was on the coupon.
Third and most egregious, when I asked at the end if he needed me to rip out the coupon (many places don't and they just type the coupon discount in after verifying) he could have simply said yes or please. Instead he said, "Yeah, how else am I going to scan it."
Won't return. Will tell others not to give business to this Subway. No need to be rude to...
