Subway — Restaurant in Novi

So my sister and I were at Supercuts next door to get haircuts, and we got hungry. When I went inside to this location, I stood at the register for abo 5-10 minutes. I was not greeted. The lady was checking someone out and simply looked at me, and began to start a new task. No “Hi I’ll be with you in just a second.” Then another worker came out, also just looked at me standing at the register waiting to be helped . He proceeded to get gloves on and stare at what the other worker was doing. He finally goes “has she been helped?“ and she goes “no,” and I was finally helped. She was super rude the entire time, and I felt rushed. My sub was gross, it didn’t taste fresh like subway claims to have their subs be. I asked for guacamole on it and she proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me it was an up charge, which I was perfectly fine with. My sister goes in to refill my drink and check out prices while I’m getting my hair cut. She comes back and tells our mom she needs a few more dollars. When she goes back in the guy was super rude to her and goes “you can’t keep coming in and out you have to order something.” And apparently he was trying to convince her several times too toast her sub after she made it clear she did NOT want it toasted. I’ve been to subway before, and I’ve had many better...

Been coming to this subway pretty regularly over the past few months. Recently I have ran into one of their workers [don't know his name just that he has an eyebrow piercing] and after dealing with him twice I can safely say I will not return to this location, he is rude has a poor attitude and acts like every request is just so annoying to him. The woman there was very friendly but this guy has a bad attitude for no reason and presents a poor representation of your store. Plenty of other options near by to spend money.

Update 10-01-2023 Decided to give this place another chance. The rude employee no longer works there and the new manager, I think her name was Pauline was sp pleasent and nice. She had positive attitude was quick with making the food and it tasted great. Now this is a place worth stopping...

Ordered a pickup order with two sandwiches, 3 cookies, some chips and 2 drinks..not complicated. My sandwiche was supposed to untoasted, and have onions and cucumbers, right there plain as day on the receipt. Tell me why it was toasted, has one slice of cheese, no vegetables and some garlic sauce instead of what I ordered. To top it off, one of my three cookies, the raspberry one is not there. How do you mess up so badly?! We were like the only order there. And I have been on hold for an hour waiting to get this rectified to no avail. I'm pregnant, starving and just wanted my sandwich the way I ordered it..not a great...
