My husband, our seven-year-old son, and I visited Nimman Thai Eatery, and we absolutely loved both the food and the service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly gentleman with a bright smile and a genuinely cheerful attitude. His warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.
One small but important detail we appreciated was that our son was allowed to drink from his own water bottle without any issue. As former restaurant owners ourselves, we know how important it is to make guests feel comfortable, and Nimman Thai definitely got that right.
The restaurant décor was lovely—thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. We loved the use of mirrors, which created a sense of openness, and the Buddhist elements on the walls added a peaceful, elegant vibe. The golden-painted temple designs on the black canvas were especially striking. The chairs and booth seating were very comfortable, and considering the small space, they did a fantastic job with the layout. Bravo to the design team!
Now, on to the food—everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I even took photos so I could share them later! We mostly went with our server’s suggestions, which featured signature and popular dishes from Thailand.
For appetizers, we ordered the Chicken Satay and Chicken Wings. For our main courses, we had the Nimman Noodle Curry (Khao Soi)—a standout signature dish—along with Beef Salad, Drunken Noodles with Shrimp, and Pad Num Mun Hoy with Beef.
Each dish was clearly made with care and love. The flavors were rich and comforting, like a home-cooked meal made from the heart.
Although we didn’t have room for dessert this time, we’re already planning to return—and next time, we’ll definitely be trying the banana sticky rice and mango sticky rice. We can’t wait to come back and do an...
Read moreI took my 13-year-old child here after a doctor’s appointment, where he had lab work done and needed to stay hydrated. We ordered two entrees—crispy duck and drunken noodles—along with pineapple juice. My son had his own water bottle, which he preferred to drink from for comfort. However, the owner refused to allow him to drink his own water, which was both shocking and disappointing, especially considering his medical situation.
The food itself was another letdown—small portions, overly salty, and lacking in flavor. Given the poor service and subpar food quality, I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. ———————————
Thank you for your response. I understand that restaurants have policies, but a little flexibility and empathy—especially in a medical situation—would have gone a long way. Your explanation about hygiene feels more accusatory than understanding, which is disappointing. Additionally, dismissing concerns about food quality rather than addressing them constructively is not the best way to handle feedback. Lastly, implying that I should have left a tip when the waitress never checked on us is inappropriate. Tipping is earned through good service, not demanded. This response only reinforces my decision not to return.” ————————————
Respect goes both ways. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, you’ve chosen to be rude and dismissive. Your attitude toward customer feedback speaks volumes about how you run your business. With this attitude, I don’t see your restaurant business...
Read more“Outstanding Thai Food and Exceptional Service!” I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nimman Thai Eatery, and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional meal.
The menu was extensive, offering a variety of traditional Thai dishes alongside unique, creative options. I ordered the Three Flavor Chicken and Drunken Noodles, both of which were cooked to perfection—bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of spice. The Three Flavor Chicken was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory, while the Drunken Noodles had an incredible depth of flavor with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh vegetables.
What truly set this experience apart was the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my liking and were happy to accommodate dietary preferences.
The blend of authentic flavors, a cozy ambiance, and top-notch service makes Nimman Thai Eatery a must-visit for any Thai food lover. I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu....
