Well I was quite disgusted with this place.,not even sure I would even return to this store. I was in this store Sunday May 23,2020 approximately 11:30 a.m. The store had a good handful of people in it including myself. As I waited for my drinks a woman handing out the drinks I believe her name Danielle, yelled at a young man and also yelled at another young lady she told both that she didn’t have their drinks. The young guy just stepped back and the the other lady looked totally embarrassed. If anything I was embarrassed for them both. The woman didn’t even have a chance to give her name. The guy asked for a manager and he was told none were available. Now I am no stranger to retail. I, in the past worked for a very large chain retailer and I know no worker should ever treat a customer so poorly, in this case 2 in a matter of minutes. I am pretty sure treating the customers like human beings is part of any customer service position. I am sure this wasn’t the first time this has happened, it seemed to natural for her. Read moreWow! What a disappointment. This was my 3rd time visiting this location. Placed an order through the app. Got there to pick it up. My bakery item was ready but not my drink. The guy preparing it was having a full blown conversation with his coworkers instead promptly preparing my drink so I can go. Typically I arrive and my order is ready. I’m not sure what happened today since there were literally 2 customers in the store. He stopped preparing my drink to take a customer’s order. I asked if my drink was ready, his response was “oh”....and pointed to the cup on the counter. The female worker looked up at me with this look of annoyance on her face. I was very disturbed and decided that I wanted my money back. I will not patronize any business that doesn’t respect me as a customer. Point blank period. I work hard for my money and I don’t deserve the ill treatment from any worker. If you don’t like your job...quit. That simple

Read moreMy son goes to school very close by to this location, making it HARD to avoid indulging in delicious, caffeinated beverages! Over the last 3 years I've noticed a drastic improvement in the employees attitudes, the accuracy of orders, speed and efficiency. There's one man who works there )as of last week) who ALWAYS is smiling and singing as he makes everyone's drinks. I've noticed whenever a customer has an issue, he's the one who rushes to fix it. I had a tiny issue which was no one's fault about something I ordered being out of stock. He was so kind and apologetic! It's people like this man who make businesses run smoothly. There are many grouchy people who are not nice to Starbucks employees. They have to eat a lot of dirt on a daily basis. I watch the way these individuals work and I have no trouble admitting id NEVER be able to do it.
