In response to some recent reviews, I feel the need to support this amazing business. Approximately 5-6 individuals decided to write negative reviews concerning a puddle on the floor and slipping. These reviews are fictitiously exaggerated. I know this from the other customer accounts of the situation and my experience with them.

Note I am not an employee or business partner. I simply work with the owners and staff of this cafe on a professional business to business level. The owners and staff are meticulous, polite, and always professional. I have worked with them on many indoor and outdoor events. Their cafe and equipment is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. I have seen them lock up and scrub, wipe, and clean every surface, utensil, bottle, bag phone, tablet, you name it. I have even seen them clean the cleaning bottle. Lol

The folks at this cafe are there to work their butts off and provide great service. Every event that we have worked together or they have catered for me was a huge success. I would not keep requesting their food and services if I did not think they were the best in quality, cleanliness, service, and professionalism. In the event business a bad food/drink service can lose you customers, reputation, and money. Urban Leaf is doing things right.

I know staff would not have behaved the way they were reported to. this was probably around closing time. If there was a puddle I'm sure it was just from one of the last customers of the night on their way out. Considering it has been raining cats and dogs for 2 days straight you should know your shoes could be wet. I'm sure their security cameras caught what truly happened.

If this individual was truly hurt they should have brought their concerns to the attention of the staff who I am sure would have been helpful.

It is disgusting that these customers would plot to destroy a small businesses reputation as if they had anything better to do other than to write false and negative reviews. These persons reviews should be in violation of Google's...

I have to say, once Urban Leaf Cafe opened up, it has become a good go-to cafe for me, especially since it satisfies much of my Asian-style cafe cravings!

For their bubble tea, I have tried their Taro and Ube Oreo to my satisfaction. The boba itself had a good texture and was prepared well. They also have a nice selection of hot tea, which is good to get if you will be there for a little while to sip on while you are catching up on work or with friends.

I have also tried their food, the Spam Masubi and Spam Nori Bowl. The sauces they put on give everything a nice flavor and I feel both dishes are made well and good to have if you are hungry and do not mind eating some spam!

My favorite thing to get here and share with friends are their bubble waffles. They offer many different toppings on the bubble waffle and their style definitely rivals ones I have had in NYC (if not this one is better thus far) so it is great that this is so close to where I live. I have already brought other friends to this spot and they have been satisfied by the bubble waffle as well!

Overall, with good food, satisfying drinks, yummy desserts, and a simplistic and clean ambiance inside, come give this...

I am newly addicted to this place for a couple months now. My fav is the brown sugar milk tea. I think about getting one every day of the weekend. Staff is friendly and place is clean. I am always wanting to try different flavors, but I am always craving my goto bubble tea. I understand the whole tip thing with the credit cards because it not uncommon at all. The credit card machine/app asks the merchant for a tip, so of course the staff has to ask the question for the transaction to go through. It is not mandatory to give a tip, and no one in the staff makes you feel that way. Staff is very friendly. If you have a problem with them asking for a tip because the screen is asking, then you might as well avoid most places or pay cash because this is not an uncommon practice for businesses. I do not always give a tip, but whenever I can I enjoy supporting our local small businesses especially during these hard times. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because I feel there should be a rewards program in place. I would definitely visit more if I could look forward to a free drink after so...

I'm so happy to finally have a good bubble tea place in the area. I'm especially happy that this cafe also serves yummy bubble waffle desserts (with Ube or mango ice cream), spam musubi, and French pressed tea leaves! They've only been open a week, but everything I've tried to date has been absolutely delicious. The owners are exceptionally nice and friendly, and personally check with you to make sure you're enjoying your meal. The interior decoration is very Brooklyn-esque, and great for reading a book while sipping on your tea, or chatting with friends while eating your bubble waffles and ice cream. While you might have to wait a few extra minutes for your order when it's busy as with most other establishments, it's absolutely worth the wait. This cafe has very quickly turned into my go-to place for a nice snack (Spam Musubi or Spam Nori Bowl), tea (French pressed hot peach mango tea), bubble tea (taro!), or dessert (Oreo bubble waffle with Ube ice cream + Nutella drizzle + powdered sugar). I highly recommend trying out this new establishment. I know I'll keep coming back!

The shop is cute but no indoor seating. Everywhere is displayed with anime related items, which I did enjoy browsing while waiting for my order. The place was pretty clean and staffs were fairly nice. I ordered a coffee milk tea with no toppings and a original bubble waffle with powder sugar. Not hype bout either of the item. Probably no need to give another try. The coffee milk tea has only coffee and water taste. Rarely any milk tea taste. Yea, you can say watered down milk tea added strong coffee in it. The original bubble waffle was a bit tasteless or not much flavors to it. Not crunchy, but maybe it’s meant not to be made crunchy like the HK style. A bit disappointed after all.

While food may have been so so, the way they serve you is very poor. A place like this should be serving on dishes and not a half hand cut to-go plastic takeout container. What a turn-off. The Taro drink tasted more like milk, no flavor and the Chocolate drink tasted like nestle milk. Close to $50 wasted on these 4 items. Never again would I go there or refer anyone to this place. They should be ashamed serving customers like this. Stear clear unless you like classless service. I have over 158k viewed reviews and I this is my top worst review. Yes, all around terrible.
