Decided to check it out since we didnt wanna cook. Got there a lil after 4pm on a sunday, parking was fairly open and once in, we got sat immediately. Party of 5. Seats and tables were comfortably spaced out, we didnt feel cramped next to each other or to other parties like other teppanyaki spots. Hostess was welcoming, funny, and kind. Drinks are first is free, pay for refills. Wanted sushi but knew i wouldnt be able to finish if I got the teppanyaki steak and shrimp combo. Not complaining the food was bomb. Vicky was our chef and he was awesome, kept the kids laughing (very playful and LOUD in a good way (all the chefs were like this)) and adjusted the food to our individual preferences (Dad doesnt eat rice so he got more veggies). The portions were much larger than I expected and Im not complaining. Our meals started off with a simple salad (good dressing) and a miso soup. Followed by our cooked mixed veggies, fried noodles, and rice options (fried rice or white rice). Steaks and seafood were tasty. I couldnt finish my meal so got a to-go box and I have enough for a whole lunch tomorrow. Great customer service, awesome food, enjoyable atmosphere.

My only complaint… they didnt offer us dessert (theres always room for dessert) and judging by other parties around us, the desserts...

If you're in the mood for an extraordinary dining experience, Fuji Sushi and Teppanyaki is a must-visit destination. From the moment you walk in, the attentive service sets the tone for a memorable meal. The chefs not only excel at their craft but also make dining interactive and enjoyable, especially at the Teppanyaki grill where the action unfolds right before your eyes.

The food is nothing short of spectacular. The sushi is fresh, featuring generous cuts of fish, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each bite is a testament to the quality of the ingredients used. The Teppanyaki dishes are equally impressive, with a variety of meats and vegetables cooked to perfection.

Portion sizes are generous, making sure you leave satisfied. Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality of food and the overall dining experience provide good value for money. It's definitely worth the trip for a special occasion or if you're looking to treat yourself to a delightful culinary adventure.

Overall, Fuji Sushi and Teppanyaki delivers an awesome experience with great food and excellent service, ensuring that every visit is a...

Although food, atmosphere, and chef’s service were 5-star worthy, I was not pleased with our server’s service so I knocked off just 1 star. For a party of 5, which turned to 6 soon after food was done, we thoroughly enjoyed our food which tasted amazing and even had great entertainment provided by the chef. Upon seating and ordering, I asked politely to the server if I could have an additional plate beside me, instead of around the corner of the grill where she initially placed it, so that the person joining us later could be seated next to us instead of far away. She quickly replied, “Oh I don’t care where he sits.” ? lol. I was taken aback when she also followed that response with a nasty expression. Luckily the food was quick to be served because I was too hungry to express my concerns to a manager about how I felt I was wrongly treated. Won’t be naming the server in this review for her sake but I would definitely come back as long as this particular server is...
