Just received the absolute worst service tonight from this establishment. Which is really disappointing. I come here quite often after work late at night when I want something fast and small to eat . The service here has always been fast and nice and there is always this really nice lady who works there with absolute excellent customer service, which is another reason as to why I come to this location… What ever manger worked tonight 5/26/25 11pm has the worst customer service I’ve seen EVER! It’s a long story but we had a mishap with the app which was not my fault at all but the systems and she did not want to even help or comp my order . It was a simple mistake and she did not want to help at all and instead told me to just pay full price because she “can’t” help . Unfortunately she did not give me a receipt with my order so I could not do a proper online survey about this. In all honesty this problem wouldnt have been such a big deal to me if she was atleast nice and understanding! Because no matter how many times I explained the problem with the app she just wouldn’t listen. I asked for her name and she said no and walked away .. fortunately the same nice lady I mentioned earlier gave me her name .. Read moreI used my rewards app and pulled up a code for a free medium fries when you buy a drink. It says it took the code when she took my order. I go to pay she says my code didn't work so I have to pay full price. I said no I'm not get a manager and fix it because it days it took my code already. Themanager came she didn't want to comp me the fries which is ridiculous. I even showed her my app which says the code was already taken so even if I gave her another code that deal would no longer be available. The managers name is Beth. Thee most horrible experience I have ever had. She then proceeded to yell slam the window in my fave and refused to give me her name. The girl.that took my order didn't get her name..told the other employee not to give the managers name to me. Read moreThe guy in the blue shirt is the manager. He is not wearing gloves, and as a result, the rest of the crew was not wearing gloves also, due to the unsanitary example that he is setting. He was handling and serving food with no gloves. He even handed me my food gloveless. I also saw some fries touch his gloveless hands as he was preparing them.
They are violating so many people with these poor hygiene issues. It doesn’t matter how many times the employees wash their hands, they should be wearing gloves. They are literally in the back touching equipment, their clothes, digging in their pockets, touching their phones, and even touching their bodies. We don’t know where these people’s hands have been prior to touching our food, and people can get sick because of this.
