Changing my review bc of how the manager handled the situation & we spoke on the phone following up. The manager is super sweet and was concerned about how this lady was acting to me and my kids.
The manager and employees are the reason I’ll be coming back. Always super friendly. The security guard there today on 10/6 at 12:00pm needs to be fired. I was sitting in my car, ordering food for myself and my kids. My husband hopped out of the car to run into another store as myself and my kids waited in the car for our mobile order to be ready. The security guard VERY aggressively and intensively stared into my vehicle from her chair on the side walk for an exceptionally long period of time, to the point where my kids were asking if she was going to hurt us. I told them no and to just ignore her, maybe she’s having a bad day. Then, she got up and very rudely yelled at us that we need to leave because this is for customers only. I responded that we are customers, and once again, she responded aggressively very loudly telling me that I took should have told her that. I’m sorry but I don’t feel the need to announce to every bulky woman sitting on the side walk in a safety vest that I’m making a mobile order. If she was concerned we were parking there and not customers, she needs to find a nicer more professional way to say that without making CUSTOMERS feel threatened simply for using the mobile order app. I did inform the manager who was very nice and apologetic. But the security guard today needs to be fired or re trained. I’m sure there’s bigger issues for her to worry about than a mom and 4 kids in a minivan placing a mobile order. I have NEVER experienced anything like that and hope that this poor lady is able to recover from whatever is making this lady so...

So called a professional manager name Mary Ann likes to harass customers...... for one when you go to a McDonald's three nights in a row order the same thing and then the fortnight the tell you they can't do it now.... like what the heck I thought you guys supposed to have consistency...especially for a big McDonald's Corporation's and then on top of that your manager keeps telling me is that all is that all no I wanted to still order and she kept telling me To hurry up now how is someone supposed to think what they want to order when you have a worker so called said she was the manager telling a customer to harry up that's just terrible service I never knew a business in my whole entire life Rush a customer just before five minutes of I getting there they telling me to hurry up because they can't do my order now ...I am going to Better Business Bureau !!!!!! Read moreNothing majorly bad, just annoyances like the syrup for the pancakes or sauce for chicken nuggets missing or a hash brown short, asking for bacon but not getting bacon. So the staff could make a little more effort in making sure the orders are correct and those loose items like sauces and syrup are all there. When going through the drive-through, especially for breakfast, I don't want to hold up what is already a long line of people trying to grab food on the way to school/work etc because I need to double check my order. So out of the courtesy of the customers behind me, I dont and hope for the best. Ultimately, though, I shouldn't have to check. Mistakes happen, and I understand that.
