My wife and I went to this Panda Express in a panic because we had submitted an order with our Panda telephone app and realized that we had not entered the Fundraiser code to give our granddaughter's soccer team credit for our purchase. Fortunately, we encountered the manager, Melody, as we entered the restaurant and she immediately offered her assistance. After we explained our problem, she went on the restaurant's computer and cancelled our order for us so that we could resubmit our order. Melody even assisted us in submitting the order on our app. When we realized that the app did not provide a box in which we could enter the required code to credit our granddaughter's soccer team, Melody took the order information and offered to enter the code into their system for us so that the soccer team could be credited. What started as a stressful encounter turned out to be a very pleasant and enjoyable experience because of the patience, understanding, and compassionate service provided by Melody. Read moreWow, one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering from this Panda Express. I don’t know where to begin. First the server Paz D that was taking my order charged me twice for one order of apple pie roll which I noticed on the screen and I mentioned it to her, she took it off and didn’t even apologize. Like if I didn’t mentioned it to her i would have been overcharged. Then she didn’t even provide or offer me with any utensils, condiments, or the fortune cookie. So I asked her politely if I can get some, which she ignores me then she gives me a nasty look and attitude like I’m at fault. Unbelievable, isn’t it common sense. So I asked to speak to the manager, which I don’t think he was, but i told him anyways what happened ,which he seemed like he didn’t even care and just wanted the night to be done. Read moreOk- I just had to use the bathroom a d this place was close. The manager was very kind (or maybe she just saw the desperation on my face) and gave me the bathroom code without any hassle. It was very clean and well stocked, and had a new-looking cleaning checklist on the door. I made a point to take photos of the lavatory and dining areas to write this review. The entire restaurant was very clean and appealing- and I'm not just saying that out of gratitude. The food looked fresh and hot. I will definitely eat here when I'm in the neighborhood. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. The only drawbacks that I can see is that it's a little hard to see from the street approaching from the back, and the parking lot looks pretty tight.
