This charming establishment has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike, offering a unique and memorable dessert experience. A close friend told me to check them out and I’m glad I did! The shop boasts a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, featuring a surf-skate theme that reflects the local culture. The interior is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy space where patrons can relax and enjoy their treats. The staff are known for their friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring that every visit is pleasant and enjoyable. All their ice creams are homemade, utilizing locally sourced ingredients to create fresh and innovative flavors. Even their caramel is made in-house, adding a special touch to their offerings. Some of their notable flavors include: Mango Sticky Rice, Strawberry Matcha, Shiso Mint Chip, Kona Snow, Vietnamese Iced Coffee I had for the Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Malasada flavors in a waffle cone. The homemade waffle cone was crisp and flavorful, complementing the ice cream perfectly. Meal temperature, allowing it to melt slightly into the cone without creating a mess. Whether you’re a local resident or a visitor, this parlor invites you to indulge in their delightful creations—you’ll be glad you did.

Oh hmm yeah ok I'll come again, and again, because I want more and more, of the ice cream! I think this might be my favorite ice cream spots now. I generally don't like ice cream because it's either too sweet, too watery, or the experimental flavor isn't consistent with the label, boring flavors, underwhelming or overwhelming, etc. Plus it's a lot of calories that I don't need, so I usually will just pass. HOWEVER, you know where this is going because I have a 5 stars here: ice cream from this place is amazing! It's everything I want in a good ice cream - interesting flavors that actually taste good and taste like what they claim, balanced level of sweetness, thick and creamy, doesn't melt easily, good texture, and also, reasonably priced! On top of that, they use Manoa chocolates and other locally sourced ingredients. I can't say enough good things about their ice cream. The shop was clean, bright, open-air yet bug-free, cute and small but not too small that there's nowhere to sit because there's a long bench at the storefront. The tables and floor weren't sticky like a lot of dessert spots. The people were friendly and generous with samples. Yeah, I'll come again.

I came home for the Thanksgiving holiday and my brother literally hijacked me and said we are going to Kailua for ice cream. All I thought was “Kailua for ice cream”?! We arrived and met the owners, Jo and Kyle, who are the friendliest people you will ever met. Kyle informed us that the ingredients are locally sourced which is a plus as we always like to support local. We tried the Lilikoi Honey Everything Bagel, Poha Berry Basil, Miso Salted Caramel, Ube Crush and the Mango Sticky Rice. Holy smokes!!! There was a party happening in my mouth! The flavor combinations and textures of the ice cream is insanely amazing! If you are ever on the windward side you HAVE to try this place! Better yet, if you aren't on the windward side take the drive because you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place! The ice cream is all made in house with traditional and unique flavors that make it hard to choose which flavors to get. I chose to get a flight because I couldn’t commit to just 1 or 2 choices. I started with both coffee flavors, the Vietnamese coffee is more of your traditional coffee ice cream packed with the perfect combo of coffee and sweet while the Kona coffee is made from real Kona coffee which fun fact is actually white in color and stronger in flavor. I got the mint chip as my 3rd flavor because I wanted some texture and the chocolate chips they used did just that!

The overall experience is a whole vibe! Aesthetically pleasing with forward yet simplistic design with fresh details that make any patron want to come again. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and proud to share the love they put into making the flavors. Their merch is super hip with kid sizes as well! Small and intimate but can still seat both indoor and outdoor more than comfortably. To top it off they always have dope music playing in the background as well! I’m a big fan who will promote a trip to Kailua to get that experience of...
