I had high hopes for Ramen Bones. Good reviews. Near my hotel. But, for me, less than stellar.
My takeout Charsiu Ramen looked good. Ingredients nested in a container above the broth. After combining them though, I discovered very salty broth, with pork less tender than it could have been. The broth could also have used just a touch more oil for a better mouth feel. (Yes... that's a thing! Especially with ramen.)
I was going to eat in, but the place was empty, and too cold for me. A couple of other take out orders were filled while I waited, which didn't take long.
With so many choices nearby, I think I'll try...

As someone who has been to a lot of ramen places, this experience was lackluster for the price. There isn’t a lot of variety between dishes, and their side dishes are quite overpriced. Read moreThis is my first review in my 31 years of existence. I am so disappointed. We went there at 9:01 asked the guy if we can dine in he said “NO! Only take out after 9” and he even said wait outside. We went outside Sat at the front to wait for the food and decided to eat there as well, after couple minutes another costumers arrived and asked if they still open and to my surprise they let them dine in.
