First off this place is a very large space with a large variety of furniture options. If that didn’t wow me when I first walked in, they have some really great staff members. I can recall different sales associates greeting me as I walked around. This reassured me that they collectively cared about their customers. The main associate that helped me was Russ. I gave her ideas of what I was looking for and she was happy to show me around and point out furniture she thought may fit what I was looking for. She even suggested 2 items that weren’t in the show room. She needed to pull them up on screen. One piece was new and didn’t arrive at the show room yet, the other was so new it was still a concept that wasn’t manufactured yet. This lady really knew her stuff. I was impressed and very satisfied especially because I had my 1 year old son with me and being that this took a while she even took a moment to go get him a balloon. That made both my son and I very happy. We of course took some time to think about it and when we came back she even remembered what his favorite color was to get him another balloon. Read moreNot the experience I expected. When we got there to the Kapolei store there were several sales people at the desk and putting pillows on a couch. Not a single person greeted us as we wandered the store. We had been around the whole first floor by the time said asked if we needed help. I said we were looking for recliners and if there were more upstairs. He said yea so we went. After finding the one I liked we found a man sitting at a computer kiosk and we asked if he could help. He acted like we were bothering him and asked who had helped us. When we said no one he got flustered and found another guy to help us. In the end the new guy honored the sale price online and was very nice. At checkout none of their computers or printers worked and it seemed like they are not all customer focused. Read moreWe were interested in a particular couch, however it was the ONLY couch available and was already damaged. We were willing to take that model at a discounted price. However, Mike, the manager was so rude, didn’t even look us in the eyes while talking to us, in a rush to leave and wasn’t even willing to hear us out. He approached us with, “You wanted to see a manager?” He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t even welcome us. I totally understand being stern however his attitude was not welcoming or pleasant. He was not understanding, did not explain anything. If he gave us better customer service and approached us in a welcoming way, we would not hesitate to buy a brand new couch for full price.
