Ashley Store — Local services in Oʻahu

Less than One Star!!! In September, I had a mediocre time picking out two three beds and dressers and night stands to match. It is now January and I have one bed, three dressers and a night stand. They brought two beds on nov 27. One bed and its dressers were damaged and the color was peeling. I called the store about it but they didn’t address what to do Or how they would assist. One of the beds came with no hardware and they told me they had to take the bed back. They call me asking why I declined delivery. Let them know I didn’t decline the delivery. They told me they would deliver my bed but didn’t confirm. I called the store asking about it and they had no idea what was coming to me or when. They brought the bed without confirming with me. they said they would confirm 24 hours prior. So, of course I get a call saying sorry I declined the bed. Set them straight again. Third time the delivery guy cracked the headboard and the footboard of the bed. So they took the bed back again. I have no estimated time of delivery for the replacement . And no clue when the other bed will show up at my place. I’ve been in contact with the assistant manager and got awful customer service. She said she would “call me right back” and it’s been three weeks. When I do get in touch with her, she expressed no gratitude or feel bad about what was happening and acted as though we never spoke and she didn’t know anything about this. I asked her if she was the only female assistant manager, she said yes. And even at that statement, proving it was her I talked to multiple times, she didn’t apologize for anything. She told me my sales person would call me and let me know how to compensate me. She wanted to give me a $100 credit for my two failed deliveries, my late items, my no confirmed delivery dates, my poor quality brand new items. My lost time and money waiting around. I will never...

We have lived in Kapolei for a very long time and see this store everyday. Never stepped foot in that store till today. Two floors of furniture as far as the eye can see. We were a little skeptical at first as everything seemed very expensive, the quality is definitely there. As we browsed more we realized this store caters to any kind of budget.

Did not feel harassed by the sales people as I normally feel in furniture stores. Russ was absolutely amazing! She greeted us when we came in and checked in on us as we came down stairs asking if everything was good. As we were finished browsing and the 3 of us in the house were discussing decisions, she asked if we needed help as we all probably look confused as we were discussing. Told her we were just discussing she said okay and gave us space.

When finally ready we chose to seek out Russ as we were there over an hour browsing and testing out all furniture and she had pleasantly checked in on us 3 times with no pressure to buy.

She helped us with the no credit financing option and explained all of the fine print and was very straight forward. She didn't dance around questions plus she had adorable cat shoes. She was receptive to our jokes and humor and adapted right into the sarcasm and jokes. Felt like I was dealing with someone I have been friends with for years. It is a talent to adapt yourself with 3 different personalities and make us all feel comfortable.

All three of us have decided as we continue to re-renovate our house that we will definitely be coming back here over and over again. We got a couch, love seat, area rug, coffee table, 2 side tables, two lamps, dining table with 4 chairs all for about $2500. Thank you Russ, we will definitely recommend you and the store to...

Came in my work attire on a midday Saturday right after working a very long and busy work week. I had no other time to come in to Ashley's besidesthis Saturday... Mind you!? My work attire is anything but formal. Strictly blue jeans little on the dirty side, a fluorescent shirt and steel toe boots. Walking in a little embarrassed cause I had no time to clean up and all your Ashley locations we ever set foot in!? Is always outstanding and always beautifully defined... But with all that set aside... I still got greeted warmly by Priscilla despite the way I was dressed... I knew what I was looking for at the time So I told her which department I was headed to as I marched along. I felt like i didn't need any help After 3 minutes of looking at my options!?!? I got greeted by Priscilla once again. Perfect timing as o needed a second opinion... She was very awesome and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable on the latest technology and fabric we was working with. Straight ABC and easy to understand on the pricing packages and awareness of the quality material that caught my interest and exactly what I was looking for. Shortly after my Wife showed up and met me at the store and we finalized our purchase after Priscilla once more greeted my wife and informed her with all the knowledge she just shared with me.
