Kristy offered exceptional customer service. Sad to say, but nowadays, good customer service is hard to come by. Whether its fast food, dining, or entertainment, or in line paying for items- customer service must be there. She was knowledgeable of the floor. She figured out the theme I was going for, and directed me to the items that worked. -And explained the ones that didn’t. This saved us a lot of time. We been in the store for 45 minutes and we crossed a few salesmen and no one made eye contact or ask us if we needed help! After being in the store for 45 minutes, a young sales lady in the store approached us and offered some assistance! She was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! She knew how all the mechanical and electrical parts of the furnitures worked! She took care of everything from purchasing, warranties, and deliveries!
