Saylor's Haleiwa — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I have been to Saylor's in particular for the matcha . I love the atmosphere . The interior design is a whole vibe. However, the matcha could use improvement. Each time I have gone I order something new. I have tried the lavender & honey lilikoi. Each matcha drink I have ordered has a very small amount of the syrup . I mean VERY small amount ! You take 2 sips and the flavor is gone! Today's matcha had a grittiness to it and the after taste was not very good. When I got home , I had to add to it in hopes of saving it. They offer no fruit in the matcha and I hope one day they decide to add it onto menu.

The best coffee in Haleiwa hands down! Locally roasted beans and a staff who knows how to turn great beans into a fantastic shot. My latte was a beautifully balanced drink with the milk perfectly textured to complement the espresso.

Stopped by for the first time today. This old building, which used to be a historic bank, is perfectly converted into a charming coffee shop. Really appreciated that the coffee was from a local roaster and the syrups and honey were from a local company and local bees! Can recommend the honey latte and cappuccino.
