EDIT: I have changed my 5 stars down. I thought I had found my forever jewelry store, but it's doubtful I'll be back. My necklace chain broke, and I took it in for repair. The store is supposed to open at 10:00am, but they open at 10:15ish. Irritating. The necklace was sent in for repair, but only after I was informed that I had bought the wrong chain. Great. I bought what was recommended. It's so nice to hear that you made a mistake on your jewelry purchase. I guess I won't buy the other items I had my eye on because I might make a mistake again. When I went to pick up the repaired chain, the store wasn't open at 10:00, so I had to make a 2nd trip. I was chastised for not knocking. There are plenty of places to buy jewelry. This is a wonderful shop! We were just out for a walk and had absolutely no intention of purchasing anything. My husband and I had been in the market for new wedding rings for several years and I suggested we pop in and get serious about this. I'd been looking online for a year, it was time to move the hunt to in person.

We entered the store and were greeted in such a warm, inviting, friendly manner that we couldn't help but try a couple of rings on. They were good, not great. We got ready to leave, and they I spotted "the one." We found a perfect one for my husband and he left wearing his new wedding ring.

My ring needed to be sized and I was given a time frame of 2-4 weeks. It was ready in 1-1/2!

We went in to pick it up and we were so happy that I left with a matching necklace. This store is truly a delight to do business with. They have beautiful merchandise designed in Hawai'i and the best customer service you could ask for! If you like jewelry you will not be sorry you stopped...

My girlfriend had been looking for pearl jewelry but everything we had come across was way out of our price range. Until my girlfriend and I ended up in the little village of Haleiwa because the state park near by was closed. While we were walking around the cool little village and its many shops, we came across Maui Jewelry Divers and I’m so glad we did. The woman working at the store was so awesome! Not only did she not pressure us into buying anything, she made the whole experience amazing. We ended up choosing our own pearls, one for our daughter and one for my lady. It was such a great experience! Not only did we end up getting some beautiful pieces(a turtle pendant with a pearl shell for our little girl and a pearl ring for the lady) but the experience also gave us a great story to tell and great memories to look back on. They have quite a few locations, but I would highly recommend the drive out to that specific store location. To the woman working at the store, we can’t thank you enough for the fantastic experience. Beautiful jewelry and amazing, knowledgeable staff; what more could you want? Sung has become my “go-to” for all my fine jewelry purchases, and Sydney is wonderful. Sung is incredibly helpful in helping me pick out meaningful pieces I will cherish forever; from a strand of silver pearls for my silver anniversary, to special pieces for my children, I very much look forward to adding to my collection, and enjoying the timeless elegance of these pieces for years to come. If I have one complaint it is that Sung is always so kind to my son that he leaves Maui Divers feeling a little too sure of himself, haha! I would also highly recommend the factory tour in Oahu, fascinating and informative it has become a regular stop anytime we have friends or family visit who want a unique experience (and of course you can shop after!).
