Snow Factory — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Trying to write this review was hard because Google wouldn't pull it up via "shaved ice" search terms. Had to search ice cream..... Anyway, really good shaved ice for decent prices and friendly customer service. I got tarro shaved ice with mochi balls and chocolate sauce, my daughter had cookie dough with mochi balls and hubby had peanut butter with condensed milk, chocolate sauce, mochi balls. All so delicious and was jealous of my husband peanut butter one but I think if i would've added condensed milk to mine I would've liked it better only because I like tarro...

We were eating at Giovanni's and stopped at Snow Factory for dessert. It was amazing! I had regular shaved ice. No extras. The flavors were great and the texture of the ice was perfect, if that makes sense. The syrup penetrated all the way through the ice, and the ice did not turn into a solid rock, two problems I've seen at other places.

Later in the day, we want by Matsumoto shaved ice because it has such high reviews. All I can say is Snow Factory is 100 times better. Then and there I decided to make sure to leave Snow Factory a 5 star review! You will not be...
