Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Oʻahu

Last week, I made a purchase of $377 at this store. Two of the shirts I bought turned out to be defective. According to the store’s official return policy – returns within 30 days – I expected a fair and simple resolution. Instead, I was met with a disgraceful experience.

The store manager displayed rudeness, complete lack of patience, constant avoidance, and outright disrespect towards customers. She refused to process the return for the defective items, in clear violation of the store’s own policy, and spoke in a manner entirely unworthy of someone in a managerial position. This is not the first time – every visit to this store leaves the impression that customers are an inconvenience, never welcomed with basic courtesy.

It is shameful for an international brand like Ralph Lauren to employ a manager who does not know how to speak to people, lacks even the most basic understanding of customer service, and cannot handle straightforward situations. I have been a loyal customer of this store for nearly three years – but this was the breaking point. I demand immediate intervention from someone above her, otherwise this will certainly be my last purchase with you.

Not best service, not very friendly more like staring to see if you stealing or not. The man at the front door with a security guard and security guard would walk around you from his observations like a hawk. And people at the counter looks like rather work elsewhere. If you cannot walk through the maze is impossible if busy sale times. There's bargains to be seek out for what you want but is not easy. Shoes is only sale here if defects or super uncomfortable, bought a few and non fits well. Kids stuff hardly worth buying as they grow fast. Go for the classic cardigans or jackets that last for awhile for your bucks. Not a whole store real sale, small portions on sale and most not wearable size.....xxs...

I stopped by this store randomly and I found one nice shirt this year, spring season. I really wanted to buy one nice shirt for a gift, but only 1 smaller size was left in the store.

I asked the store manager lady if they can get the right size for me. She was very patient and helped me out through a lot of phone calls until I could get the item I wanted. She communicated with neighbor island store and have them ship to Honolulu with even same discounted rate has been applied. Other clerks provided good service as well. It was very impressive.
