Worst customer service experience. My first trip to Hawaii from Australia and decided to shop here and try on a white sweatshirt. As I approached the fitting room, the sales assistant looked me up and down and chucked me the biggest dirty. My guess is because I had foundation on and I was trying on a white sweatshirt (you would have thought I was trying on a $5000 wedding dress - it was a 35USD sweatshirt). Rather than speaking verbally to me or communicating anything to me that a regular sales professional would (or perhaps offering a sheer scarf) she gave me a look that pretty much indicated she didn’t want my business in “her” store. Absolutely worth going if you are a visitor from Australia. Bought things off 80% off rack with heaps of variety from $15-$20. Other sale items were up to $30. Even that was cheaper than our outlets...
